New Year's Kiss

Allison Maree Albertson, a woman in her mid thirties, came back to New York City after ten years of working overseas. She had spent her younger years studying Marine Biology in the University of Cambridge, then moved to Australia to work as a researcher and professor. Although she is older than Jonathan, she was never pressured by her parents to look over the family business simply because she is a woman. She visited Jon on New Year’s eve, and told her brother that she has someone to introduce to him who was a girlfriend potential. He rejected the offer, “I already have someone, Allie.” he told her. She was persistent, but he never thought her plans would work the way they did. During the countdown, Jon was photographed by many professionals as The Lavish was chosen by a television network to host their New Year event. He was very preoccupied that he forgot to call Cathy when he got back to New York, and so Lee called her up on his behalf.
