Daniel walked out with his luggage, while Abel stood there with tears in her eyes, When Daniel finally disappeared from her sight, She fell to the ground...Mai ran to her and helped her to sit on the couch, Abel looked up from the couch, to see Her brother, Jovel and Becka standing to a side with their heads down, Jessica came out from the kitchen with a glass of water, sat with Abel and said,
"Aunt, please drink some water, we will figure this out...please don't panic"
Abel turned to Jessica, "Are you also a part of it..."
"Aunt, believe me...I didn't know anything about it, even I was startled, when Daniel, showed the report, please, believe me, Aunty"
Abel nodded her head and turned to the trio...
"Now tell me the truth what have you three done" Abel yelled at the three.
Jovel was so scared even to look at his mother, he started to stammered while telling,
"Mom...Mom...that is...that is, I just...just wanted to help with Becka and Daniel relationship, but didn't expect...it...it to turn out like this, I am sorry"
"I am sorry...that's all you have to say...
How dare you, drug my son, in my own house... who gave you so much courage"
"And you, what your age Johnson...if Jovel had said something like that, can't you come to me, we could have worked it out...but three people ruined everything, I have done"
Johnson felt ashamed of what he had done, and explained,
"No sis...I was a little agitated, by thinking that Daniel will not marry Becka, so I did this...I am very sorry, now tell me what to do"
Becka stood there only sobbing, she never even thought that Daniel will leave the house for what they have done...
"Aunty, I am very sorry, I was first not willing to do this, but I thought, by sleeping with Daniel, he will take responsibility for me, and he will marry me"
Abel sneered at them while telling,
"Marry you...Now dream about it, you...yourself ruined all my efforts, with your own hands, he will never forgive something like this for his lifetime"
Becka couldn't control herself anymore fell to the floor and started crying...
"I am so sorry aunty, I should have believed you, and not listened to them, please forgive me, I can't even think of a life without Daniel...Please forgive me"
Mia felt her Mom, went Becka held her shoulders, and consoled her, but was no use, Becka didn't stop crying.
Johnson went and pulled her up from the ground, and held Becka in his arms, though she was not his daughter, he had bought her up for 19 years...his heart ached when he saw her crying like this.
Abel came back to her sense and thought it herself, what she should do now...and finally said,
"Johnson, you take your daughters and leave to T City tomorrow, we will think what do... for now let Daniel believe, I have confronted you all and sent you back, slowly when his anger lessen and he comes back...I will try to slowly get Becka back...That's final"
All nodded their heads in agreement, The next morning, Johnson felt with His two daughters to T City, while even Jovel left for his headquarter...
Abel slowly told what happened to Mr Reid, managed not to make him angry, and also convinced Mr Reid to persuade Daniel...
Flat 21B
Daniel took the keys from the security guard and went the flat 21B, it was a penthouse, it was a decent flat with a large living room which was painted Black and white, and furnished with a couch, a tea table, a wall-mounted TV, the Bedroom was not too big but was well ventilated with a large French window, a balcony with an artificial grass flooring, and a two-seater swing...the kitchen was a small space, but very well equipped with dining. The flat was clean, as the security guard was informed to clean the place by the in-charge person.
Daniel liked this place very much, this was the first time he was out of the house...but this place was very warm and welcoming...
Daniel organized all his things in the closet and put his other things in the bathroom cabinet, and went to the kitchen and found a kettle, to boil some hot water, and he ordered takeout.
Daniel called Jack to inform him that he moved out,
"Jack, I confronted my Mom, and moved out to staff quarter, and I am sharing the location save it for future"
"Wow Danny, I didn't expect this, I thought you will yell and fight but you went overboard by moving out..."
"Yaa...true even I was surprised by my action, I can't be anyone else's except Megan's..., Jack, I need to be away from anything that will separate me from her"
"Good...Good... I am so happy, we will party after my engagement in your place, ok"
Daniel smiled and agreed, and cut the call, as he heard the doorbell ring, Daniel went to the door to see the Takeout guy waiting with a parcel, Daniel took the parcel, and sat on the dining table, calling Megan...
"Hai Meg had your dinner"
"Yaa finished half an hour before, what about you, what you had"
"Just having, veg fried rice with sour and sweet chicken stir fry... what about you"
"Me... I had Pizza with fries today...cheating my diet ha ha ha"
she chuckled, Daniel shook his head, he said,
"What you have to cheat, where is any flesh on the tiny body of yours, it's like hugging a tiny bone piece, and you're talking about diet...Hahaha"
Megan was embarrassed to the core...
"Hai Danny, what are you talking about, I have a very good body...ok, all boys drool on my body in our university"
"Really, who are those bastards, I will break their legs... and I will break your legs to let them drool on you"
Megan laughed out loudly...
"Look... aren't you jealous knowing Guys drool on me...Mr Reid tell me the truth, am I that tiny looking..."
Daniel rudded his forehead, and said,
"You're an enchantress Meg, any man on this earth can't resist you... I was just joking"
Megan smiled with shyness and asked,
"Really..."
"Yes my Little goblin, you don't know what you do to me when you just stand by my side..."
Megan didn't speak, but Daniel told...
"Meg, turn your video call, I want to see your red turned face...Now"
Megan obediently turned on her video... Daniel to see her, what surprised Megan was the new place... Daniel was sitting on a swing on a balcony, with only neon lights to be seen, Megan was curious,
"Danny, where are you, this place looks like new..."
"Yes Meg, this is my Staff quarter, I moved out from my house for few months, I will share the location with you"
"Moved out... but why, did your Mom not stop you"
"She did, but I didn't want to live there, till my Mom corrects all that unwanted thing that is happening in my house"
"But...but...how can you move out, Your Mom must be feeling terrible, Danny don't do this, go back to your house"
Daniel was touched by her care for his mom, though his mom always found Megan like a revival, But Megan's care and concern for his mother amazed him.
"I will only stay here for few months Meg, after everything is settled I will go back, don't panic"
"Ok then do as you wish Danny, Show me around your new place"
"It's a penthouse Meg, only I stay on this floor, it's a decent Single BHK apartment, you should come once..."
"Of course, I would love to, are you working tomorrow, Danny"
"Yes, but late shift, I will start by noon, and be home late at night, I have this privilege once in a week, I can choose the day, I am a bit tired today... so tomorrow I will opt for it"
"Oh Ok, great then, take a rest...bye, Goodnight Danny"
Megan finished the call and planned to surprise Danny the next morning...
The next morning Megan got up early, to avoid Mrs Felix questions, she just left a note stating,
"Mom, I am going to purchase my books and stationery for a project, for the coming year, and meet up with Olivia, as she's leaving in two days, will be home by noon- Love Meganđ"
Megan went to a nearby supermarket, bought a lot of snacks, ready to eat foods, eggs, fresh fish, chicken, veggies, and two cans of Mixed fresh juice, milk...
She drove to S&S staff quarter which was in the eastern part of K City, and very near to Daniel's office, Megan said to the security,
"Good morning Mr Guard, I am here to visit Mr Daniel Reid, he lives in 21B the penthouse"
The security was mesmerised by the Little girl's cham, he smiled and let her in, Megan parked her car next to Danny's bike in the basement and took the elevator, to the top floor, She rang the doorbell and waited for Daniel to open the door...
Daniel was resisted to wake up, as he slept very late because he was not able to sleep in a new place, but the continuous doorbell irritated him, he got up from his bed and walked to the door, thinking it must be Jack... but to his surprise....it was Megan who stood in the door with two heavy bags in her hand, she wore a simple black half sleeve t-shirt, and a three fourth yellow Leanne pants and a black sandal, with her sunglasses, Megan looked highly alluring and beautiful...
