Chapter 19
Richard dreaded to go back home after work. Don’t get him wrong, he would love for things between him and Tracy to be back to normal. But, he just didn’t feel like going home today and he had never slept out, so he has no choice but to go home.
Emma was in the kitchen with Anna when Richard got back.
He went straight to his bedroom to go shower, while Emma and Anna got the table ready for dinner.
Emma decided she’d take a shower after having dinner. She offered to help Anna clean up the kitchen, but Anna refused.
“No madam, you don’t need to worry about that. I’ll clean up the kitchen myself.” Anna said, refusing Emma’s help, even after she insisted.
She had no idea that Emma was scared of having dinner with Richard, because of last night.
She decided to let Anna have her way and instead go sit down for dinner, while Anna went up to call Richard down for dinner.
