12 Knock knock the captain's pissed!

Rule number one: Don't invade someone's ship.

Rule number two: Don't be dumb enough to take the lives of crewmembers.

Rule number three: Say your prayers!

Mateo began to run through the corridors where the men slept, yelling and banging at the top of his lungs. "Everyone wake up! The ship has been invaded and the captain has officially lost his s**t!" Mateo screamed while getting the crew up. Once they not so happily awake, they glared at Mateo. "What the bloody hell is the meaning of this you ol' sea dog!?" One of the crew mates asked in a huff. Mateo glared at the man and began to explain the situation and, everything that had happened. He then explained all that the captain said. "They got Benno?... The Captain is seeing red, huh?" They all began to murmur. "Let's not dabble and do what the captain asked." Mateo instructed. The crew grabbed their weapons with haste and set out to search the ship. The men went in groups to locate the people responsible for the blood shed that night. The Princess was still passed out and hidden in a wooden chest and, as for the Captain? Will he decided to have a little fun.... The men looked high and low, inside and outside the ship, looking for the intruders who dared to step foot back on their ship again. This time they were going to be paying with their lives!

The Captain recklessly slammed open doors, knocked over objects and would foolishly barge into unlit rooms. He was still seeing red after losing his father figure. It was very clear no one was going to be escaping tonight. The rain still poured down, leaving hardly any visibility and now fog was beginning to float over the water around them. The winds still using all its might to forcibly push things out of the way. The ship still complaining as it's old bones rock back and fourth. Down below, where the mice squeaked and above, the men's voices could be heard, hid the men that knew just what they had done. "Captain!" One of the men screamed from just down the hall behind the Captain. He was just about to open a door when he turned around to the voice shouting at him from behind. "Did you find them?" The Captain growled through his gritting teeth. "No sir, we checked everywhere, even the dungeons, there's one place we have not checked and that's just below the engines." The crewmember replied. The captain stood in silence looking away briefly before turning his attention back to his crew member. "Have the men get all the rifles we have, I'll wait here, we will all be going down below the engine room to search for them!" The captain said angerly. "Aye Captain." The crew member replied and ran off quickly. Fear had snuck its way into the man's bones. No one had ever seen the captain that way... How dangerous was he? The captain was usually level headed and slow to anger, that's what made him so easily able to get along with his crew... Then again, they never personally saw him lose a crew member. The last remaining one who did was Mateo. No one, not even Benno, spoke about that day... The day the former Captain, Captain Sylvereye himself, was murdered. When Captain Wildcard lost his father, Captain Sylvereye it was rumored he went insane for awhile... Is the past repeating itself?

The Captain stood there in silence, before opening the door. It led to an empty room with the porthole wide open. The harsh weather was blowing in. Wildcard slowly walked into the room with his left hand on his sword, he checked his surroundings before walking towards the window. He looked out the window with caution and starred down an empty life boat and a ladder that led into the empty room he was now standing in. He found where the stragglers had entered and had confirmation they were still on his ship. The Captain cut the ladder off his ship and closed the window. He had turned around just in time to find his men right behind him. "Everything okay Captain?" "Aye." The captain replied. "They are still on the ship boys, I need two volunteers to bring up their life boat.. We will be returning them to that boat after we k*ll them!" The captain spoke coldly, leaving his men uncomfortable. Two fellow crew mates by the names of Crab and Whackjob (I didn't stutter) volunteered to go and retrieve the life boat and bring it up out of sight on deck. While the Captain and the rest of the men got ready to quietly sneak down to the room below the engine. (It didn't really have a name, it usually remained empty.) To get there you had to go down several stairs. They were on the first floor, where the navigation was, Captain's office, kitchen and dining were. There were 5 bathrooms up top, along with a large common room where people could get drunk, read and play darts. There were 5 bedrooms as well. Benno was one of the people that had the top room. As you know, up top you also had a deck and some closet space. Going down to the second floor, there were 15 bedrooms, 3 closets, 7 public bathrooms (Only 3 rooms on the ship had their own bathrooms. That was the captain's room, his office and Benno's and Mateo's room.) 3 large pantries and a wine cellar. going down to the third floor was the Captain's bedroom. 8 other empty rooms, 5 bathrooms that never got used, 9 closets and a huge sun room that usually sat empty. The sunroom had French doors that let to a balcony. The fourth floor was the dungeon. Yes, the entire fourth floor was where they kept prisoners. The 5th floor was the engine room and a huge walk-in cooler where they caught all their fish, gut them, cleaned them and stored them. The 6th level was just a long hallway acting as a divider between the two levels with only one room. It was a small room where all the documents were stored. Such as keeping track of the finances, the trades they did ext. The 7th and last floor was a huge empty room. It didn't really have a purpose. There was a short hallway that led to only one door. Right where the men had been hiding for the past hour.

"What's the plan, captain?" One of the crew mates asked in a whisper. "Five men stay here at the stairs aiming their weapons at that door. If Crab and Whackjob return, keep them on the stairs. Dibbly, Noble, Cas, Jokes and Ryn stay put. You are the five that will make sure if they get out of the room, they don't leave this hall alive. You do not move until I say. The rest of well we're going to barge in pointing g*ns, they are 3 whereas we have over 20 men with weapons!" The Captain replied, stepping faster to the door and swinging it open. At first, the room appeared empty. The Captain looked over his shoulder and motioned his men to enter but left 10 other men at the door incase the intruders tried to make a break for it. "I know you're here, There's no where for you to run, you k*lled my men." The Captain said in a bone chilling tone. All of a sudden, the men heard a THUUUD coming from behind them. Everyone of the crew mates that was in that room spun around, they made eye contact with the three intruders. "GET THEM!" The captain screamed. Soon a massive fight broke out, blades were slicing through the air, blood was flying every direction. Bullets popped off and gun powder laid thickly on the air like the fog floating on the water. The smoke was coating their lungs and limiting visibility. After just 10 minutes, blood and gun powder filled everyone's nose. The three men were injured and lying on the ground. Everything fell quiet. "Take them and put them in the dungeon, give them separate cells. I want to slowly k*ll them." The captain said while taking deep breaths. "Ay Captain." After about an hour and a half, the intruders were now prisoners, their chance of escape didn't exist and, they began to collect their fallen comrades, building rafts and getting sheets to cover up the fallen.

"The rafts are done, Captain." a chubby middle-aged man with brown eyes and disheveled beard and wild brown hair said, rushing up to Wildcard. "Thank you." He replied. "Gather around and let's put our fallen on the rafts as we slowly lower them down to sea." The Captain loudly announced with bourbon in his hand. He had obviously been drinking and you could smell it on his breath. He wasn't the only one however. The men laid their dead down on the raft and wrapped the fallen in the white sheets, tying the sheets around the ankles, chest and neck, to make sure the bodies stayed covered. They then tied the bodies to the rafts at the knees and shoulders. Making sure that when they lower the bodies they didn't fall off. Once they finished, they looked down at their fallen comrades and watched as the blood from their injured stained the white sheet. They took a step back so the Captain could say the parting words. "On this night we douse our fallen in flamible liquid to give them an honorable pirate funeral. Why do we bury our dead at sea and burn them? It's not just because it's our way, it's so our bodies can return to the sea while our soul is set free by the flames. It's the most honorable way to go.. These men.. Our men lost their lives today. They were the best of the best.... Benno was like a father to me, he kept me together when my father passed away.... Benno was honestly a father to us all.. Their deaths will leave a large hole that no one can fill. We shall put them to rest the honorable way..." The Captain said, then he turned around to look at the four men standing at the edge of the boat and he nodded. Giving them the go ahead to slowly lower the men down into the water. With a very long wooden pole, they pushed the rafts out, which caused them to float further and further away from the ship. The Captain then shot a flaming arrow at the rafts until the rafts lit up the night. "Time to pour a dead man's drink, gentleman." The Captain said as they all watched their crew mates float away and burn, disappearing in the fog. They all poured a portion of their drink overboard. Then chugging what was left. "Get rest boys, tomorrow the real work begins." The captain instructed as he walked away.

His head was pounding and he felt worn out over everything. This storm had brought blood to his ship and he planned to return it ten fold. For now, he needed to check on the Princess and get some sleep. Walking back to his room, he was dragging his feet and swaying, he felt like he was in a daze. He couldn't wrap his head around what had happened. He finally reached his room and unlocked his door. He opened the door and stared at his room. The window gave no light but the rain had let up some about 45 minutes after they had caught the now prisoners. It was just sprinkles for right now. He looked at his bed that was directly under the window, his bed still messy from the other day, a small indent towards the wall under the same window that Lilly had laid not long before. He walked to where his closet was and noticed the stuff on the chest had been moved. He quickly opened it and saw Lilly wasn't in there. He quickly panicked and rushed over to his bed, yanking the blankets off the bed. Lilly was fast asleep but curled in a fetal position because the blankets were taken off of her and she felt cold. The Captain sighed and just laid down next to Lilly. Covering them both up, before he passed out. Everyone had slept in that morning. No one woke up till about noon, give or take, the sun was high in the sky, it was muggy and the breeze offered a little relief. The smell of salt was was strong today, it was so bright people struggled to keep their eyes open, it felt so uncomfortably hot out. "I have a feeling there is a typhoon coming. There is a small island that we can dock at about a couple miles out. Get some supplies while we're at it." The Captain said to his crew. "The archipelago will provide some cut off from the storm. Mitzy Islands are almost perfectly placed to where hardly any of the storm will hit the ship. Between the mountains, forest and hills, the outer islands will take the main hit. We will be anchored in the middle of the Mitzy archipelago, hide our ship from outsiders but be out of harms way from the storm." The Captain continued. The crew nodded and began to set up for their arrival to Mitzy Islands.

Lilly was reading one of the Captain's chapter books when she heard a knock at the door. KNOCK KNOCK "It's Mateo." Mateo said in a tired tone. Lilly got up to open the door, letting the sleepy man in. "Here's your food, Lilly. The Captain is having us make a pit stop at Mitzy. There's a typhoon coming, we are now about an hour away before we reach the islands." Mateo said to Lilly. Lilly nodded "Thank you Mateo, are you alright?" Lilly asked, concerned. "No, we lost some great men last night." Mateo replied bitterly. "I'm so sorry I didn't know, is there anything I can do?" Lilly asked, shocked. "No just follow the captain's orders." Mateo replied coldly and walked out locking the door handle and closing the door leaving Lilly heartbroken. Lilly walked to the bed with her tray in her hands, setting it to the side, crying for them men that died. Even though she didn't know them, she still felt heartbroken that they were gone.
