The man who was aiming at the deer was the prince of Saint Hua Land, Wen Ting Hua. The king had three sons and a daughter, Wen Ting Hua was his second child.

There were three countries at that time in the world. The country in the west was named Saint Hua land, which was under the Hua family.

The country in the east was Scarlet land under the Xing family while the country in the north was called Feather Bloomster land under the Qing family.

The Hua family had the strongest empire at that time with the king having three sons and a daughter.

All of his sons were appointed in different cities. Wen Ting Hua was known to be the most dangerous and deadliest prince of all.

He was the Prince appointed in the city Tianqing of Saint Hua Land country.

In the forest, he came for hunting with his soldiers camping nearby. He wanted to be alone for some time so he went away from there alone.

While he was hunting he saw a deer, he aimed it, and just when he was about to let go of the arrow, a girl came. He stopped when he saw the girl.

"Is she scared of that deer?"

Watching the whole scenario in front of him from a distance, he got curious and decided to stay there and watch the girl.

The deer soon started approaching Chao Xing like he was approaching his prey, she hurriedly closed her eyes, scared of him, waiting for his next move.

"God! Please help me!"

Chao Xing waited and waited but nothing came to her. When she didn't feel anything for some time she slowly peeked.

Her eyes popped out of their sockets when she saw the deer had his face just in front of her with his neck bowed.

At first, Chao Xing thought that maybe the deer was going to hurt her but when she didn't see him attacking she tilted her head a bit

"Is he asking for a pat?" She asked no one in particular.

Standing there for some time, she thought about whether she should pat him or not.

"Whatever?"

With that, she put a shivering hand forward.

As soon as her hand touched the head of the deer she felt a shiver run down her spine. Scared and wanting to pull her hand back she timidly closed her eyes.

The deer snuggled and she started feeling his skin, it felt so soft under her touch.

"Huh....?"

Chao Xing started to caress the head of the deer, he had his eyes closed as he was liking it too.

"Such a cute one!"

She wasn't feeling scared like before. Instead, her fear just flew away.

She continued caressing his head. Then she held his face in her one hand and started hugging the deer.

Hugging the deer for some time, she suddenly remembered the task that her stepmother gave her. She hurriedly pulled her hand back and said, "I should go now."

Chao Xing let go of him finally and was just about to turn when suddenly she heard a voice from the back.

"Your cape is stuck. "

Hearing those words Chao Xing got startled, and she turned around more hurriedly. In all that the deer ran away from there while Chao Xing's foot stumbled, and she fell forward and directly into the man.

Her hand dropped down to his shoulders, pressing his shoulders hard. His hands automatically grabbed her through the waist letting her not fall on the ground.

He wasn't the type of man to save a girl while she was falling but this time he just wanted to do it. Nor did he touch a woman before in his life.

Feeling the little waist between his hands he felt a burning sensation inside him. His eyes locked with the girl in front of him.

Both were lost in each other's eyes. No one dared to break that eye contact.

Chao Xing was stunned by the man in front of her. His perfect features made her speechless, she wanted to touch those lips of his which were slightly parted.

His strong shoulders made her touch them more, she pinched them to feel them a bit more and only felt his muscles getting more hard and stiff.

She couldn't help but get naughty thoughts seeing the devilishly handsome man in front of her.

His gaze over her also made her nervous, she tried looking away but like her eyes didn't want to move away they stayed there on the man as she bit her lower lip.

His breath fanned upon Chao Xing at which she couldn't help but say, "Handsome!"

Suddenly she saw the man's lips twitch up a bit and then those perfect lips started moving, "Thanks. I get that a lot."

"Huh?"

Hearing those words suddenly Chao Xing came back to reality. Her eyes widened when she realized what position she was in right now.

Her cheeks flushed and turned a light pink color. Her body turned hot and she hurriedly removed her hands from his shoulders.

Trying to move back she blurted out, "What do you think you are doing? How dare you touch me?" She angrily asked him with her brows scrunched together.

The man looked down at his hand, he somewhat liked the feeling of his hands on her waist. He didn't want to let go just yet. Wanting to touch that waist again he looked at her but his eyes went to her waist again.

Chao Xing had a frown on her head as she gave him a death glare.

He ignored her death glare and again his eyes went to her tiny little waist, 'Is this what a woman's body feels like? It's….. Soft…..'

Chao Xing followed his eyes and realized he was intensely looking at her waist. Getting angrier, she yelled, "Hey! Do you want to die?"

Shaking his head he tried getting the thought of touching her again out of his head. He realized that he was getting bewitched by the mere touch of that girl.

Putting his frown back on his face he looked up at her and directly in the eyes, giving her his signature death glare he gritted those words out of his mouth, "No one has ever dared to say that to me! I suggest you watch your words...."
