CHAPTER 94

A faint but discernible frown etched itself onto his face. A possessive glint flickered in his eyes as he subtly observed Kairav's stolen glances towards Skai.

As if to assert dominance, Damien cleared his throat, the sharp sound cutting through Kairav's mid-sentence. "Mr. Kaiden," he began. His voice was a low rumble that sent a tremor through the room. 

"Your presentation has been… enlightening. However, I do have a few questions regarding the financial viability of the project in such a remote location."

Damien launched into a series of complex queries, each one designed to test Kairav's knowledge and commitment. Howbeit, Kaira remained unfazed, taking this as an easy challange. 

He answered each question with a calm confidence, his voice betraying none of the tension in the room.
