CHAPTER 72

Seconds turned to two minutes and both parties stared at each other, unblinking.

Skai did not know what to do or say. She was in a dilemma in her head, fighting a battle she'd lost before it began.

In one day, within two hours, she'd been kissed by two guys which she responded to. Although not as enthusiastic as they were, she found herself leaning into their touch and melting in their kiss. 

Her body heated up. The earlier tingles she thought she felt with Jared resurfaced but this time they were with Damien. 

'What is going on? I don't recall being a slut or a cheat. Why can't I just…!' Skai closed her eyes. 

'Deep breaths. Deep breaths.' she chanted hoping that when she reopened them he'd be gone and then all of these changes would disappear with it.

The result, however, was different from what she had expected.
