Trying To Impress You

Mei Xing smiled as her eyes landed on Lu Aotian. "Hi Aotian," she greeted.

He looked even more handsome today. His outfit a blend of black denim trousers and a black jacket over a white inner shirt, a contrast to his cheerful expression.

"Hi. I saw you help an old lady across the road and I was wondering if you would need help getting across as well," he teased with a grin.

Mei Xing chuckled. "Funny how I do need your help. But it's not to cross the road," he played along. "I need to meet with a friend of mine. We're having dinner."

Lu Aotian laughed and shook his head. Holding his hand out for her, he said, "Come on. I'll drive you to meet this friend."

Mei Xing willingly took his head and allowed herself to be pulled with him till they got to a black Rolls Royce. Lu Aotian opened the back passenger's door and helped her get in before following.

"You're not driving today?" Mei Xing asked right off her observance.
