I'm screwed

This story begins with a 3 year old civilian boy just waking up after a 2 week coma. The

reason he was in a coma, was because of a sudden influx of memories he received after hitting his head playing with other kids.

After waking up, the boy felt disoriented,had a dry throat and a headache that threatened to split his head apart. After opening his eyes he saw a familiar yet unfamiliar woman standing in front of him. It was his mother from this world.

The memories he received was from a person from our world. He didn't know alot about this person except for what he did for a living, that he had a family and all the entertainment tv shows and movies he used to watch. He couldn't remember his name, what he looked like or he's family names and faces in our world; only that the memories stopped at the age of 43 due to some virus.

Needless to say, the child was very confused but not yet scared as he just woke up. It would take him a few years to sort out all these extra memories properly before he could make proper use of them. The child's name is Amakai Sorin and he was born or reborn if you prefer in Konoha year 01 in the Ninja world. He's existence will change th fate of the entire world but at the moment, he was mainly thinking about 1 thing" I'm screwed ".
