Ziana tore her gaze away from the distance and looked at her friends. Frowns were etched on their faces, their concern evident as they noticed the direction she had been staring at earlier. The relationship between her, Damien, and Jackson was rather complicated, unlike them who could easily talk with both sides. Daisy nudged Andrew, who quickly decided to change the topic.

"Oh, yeah! What's your boyfriend's name? What does he do?" Andrew's questions only increased Ziana's heartbeat. As the group of five looked at her, curiosity getting the best of them, she gulped and tried to come up with a story, aware that the interrogation would continue.

"It's Zayden. He works in a finance company," she mumbled, forcing out a smile and deciding not to mention his fake surname. People would be suspicious if they discovered he belonged to a prestigious family.
