The next morning,

Jin is watering the plants in the garden, but he couldn't concentrate on his work, he keeps on glancing at the mansion as if he is waiting for someone to come out of the house.

Jin tilted his head, 'Hmmm... She hasn't come out yet,' He said inside.

'Ah, it's weekend, so, she might still be asleep right now,' Jin answered his own question, and then he tried to focus on his work.

It was already ten in the morning when Jin finished his work in the garden but Yumi hadn't still come out from the mansion.

'Wait, Jin, why you keep on waiting for her anyway?'

'Do you miss her already?'

'Or you're waiting for her to remind you again that she likes you?' Jin questioned himself.

'Ah, maybe she was not really serious when she said she will wait for me,' Jin mumbled inside.

'Maybe she was not really serious from the start!'

'See?'

'It was just three days but she already breaks her promise,'

Jin shook his head as he headed to the servant's quarter, but he stopped in his track when he saw Yumi came out of the front door.

Jin instantly revealed a smile as soon as he saw Yumi heading towards him.

He thought that she's going to greet him and tell him what she usually tells him every morning.

Jin opened his mouth to speak "I thought you already---" Jin's next words were stuck in his throat when Yumi just walk past him as if she hasn't seen him!

Jin's mouth went slightly opened as his confused gaze followed Yumi who headed to the garden.

'Woah! What is this?'

'She just walked past as if she hasn't seen me?'

Jin followed Yumi back to the garden, "Why did you ignore me just now?" Jin asked confusedly.

Yumi just sat on the bench and she continued to ignore Jin.

"Woah!" Jin unbelievably blurted out.

"What is this?"

"An ignoring prank?"

Yumi turned her head to Jin and she looked at him with her sharp gaze which made Jin almost speechless!

Jin gulped when he saw Yumi's gaze.

If only her gaze could kill, he could have been killed by now!

"W-What's with that angry expression?" Jin asked anxiously.

"Tsss!" Yumi scoffed.

"How could you flirt with another girl in front of the mansion?"

"Did you do it on purpose for me to see it?"

"Was that your way of rejecting me again?! Yumi asked one after the other.

She seems so angry.

"F-Flirt?!" Jin blurted out with his knitted brows.

He doesn't know what is this girl's talking about!

"What are you talking about?" He asked.

"Tsss!" Yumi scoffed again.

"Now, you're playing innocent?" She asked sternly.

"Hey, I don't know what you're talking about," Jin insisted.

Yumi rolled her eyes, " I don't want to talk to you right now, so, please, could you leave?"

Jin sighs!

He really doesn't know what Yumi is talking about!

'Ah, she might have a bad morning, and she's venting her frustration on me,' Jin thought.

Girls are tough to understand!

"Alright," Jin raised his hands as if he surrendered.

" I'll leave if that's what you want," He said, and then he turned and left the garden.

'Ha!' Yumi let out a sarcastic laugh as her sharp gaze followed the retreating back of Jin.

'Pretending not to know what I was talking about?!'

'Who is he trying to fool?'

'I can even remember how he embraced that girl!' Yumi mumbled inside.

She really felt frustrated every time she remembers what she saw yesterday afternoon!

In the evening,

Yumi knitted her brows when she saw the busy servants in the kitchen.

"What's going on?"

"Why's everybody seems so busy?" Yumi asked one of the servants.

"Mr. Alcantara invited a guest for dinner, Young Miss," The servant replied.

Yumi's knitted brows deepened, " Guest?" She repeated.

"Yes, your father invited a guest for dinner," Alicia suddenly spoke from behind.

"And who's the guest?" Yumi asked as she faces Alicia.

"He hasn't told me yet, all I know is he's also a businessman and he is bringing his son with him," Alicia replied.

Yumi rolled her eyes," Uhg! Does he have to bring his business meeting here?" she commented.

"Anyways, since it would be a business meeting, and I know it will only make me feel bored, I guess I just won't join you guys for dinner, I'd better eat upstairs, in my room," Yumi said.

Alicia pursed her lips before she spoke, "Unfortunately, your dad will not agree with that, Yumi." She said.

"Why not?"

"You have to join us for dinner, I know you will be surprised to see our guest tonight," Dimitry joined the conversation. He just got home from work and he heard Yumi and Alicia's conversation.

Yumi looked at her father confusedly.

"Surprised?"

"Why would I be surprised?" She asked.

"Nah, you better prepare and get ready for dinner," Dimitry did not answer Yumi's question.

"Be sure to behave during dinner, Yumi," He added.

'This dinner is not just about business, he also wants to know the guy that his daughter is dating!'

Yumi looked at her reflection on the mirror.

'Ugh! Do I really have to wear formal dress during this dinner?'

Yumi just sighs!

'Okay Yumi, you have to endure this boring dinner, you have to speak nicely to the mysterious guests!'

At exactly seven in the evening, a black car has arrived.

Alicia is holding Yuhan while Yumi and Dimitry stand side by side as they waited for their guests at the front door.

The newly arrived car's door opened and came out a man, wearing formal attire, he is wearing eyeglasses he seems like he is in the same age as Dimitry.

Alicia was stunned as soon as she saw the man who had just arrived!

She was stunned and she seems like she has seen a ghost!

Her face turned pale and she was not able to move or speak!

Dimitry approaches the guest but Alicia just stood where she's standing with her gaze fixed on the man who had just arrived.

"Mr. Monterde, it's good to see you tonight!" Dimitry greeted Ralphmas he stretched his hand to him.

Ralph Monterde took Dimitry's hand and he revealed a wide smile, "Thank you for inviting us for tonight's dinner, Mr. Alcantara," He said.

A teenage boy got off the car too, and Yumi's eyes went wide opened when she recognized the boy!

"Y-You?!" Yumi blurted out!

Dimitry and Ralph turned their heads to Yumi.

Their eyes darted back and forth to Yumi and Troy.

"Oh, seems like Ms. Alcantara and my son already know each other!" Ralph commented as if he doesn't have any idea about it!

"Oh, so I guess, I don't need to introduce them to each other!" Dimitry said with a smile on his face.

"Anyways," Dimitry look back at Ralph, "I'd like to introduce my wife to you," Dimitry turned his head to Alicia.

Alicia secretly gulped and she tightened her grip to Yuhan.

Ralph smiled mysteriously, and he walks closer to Alicia, "Good evening, Mrs. Alcantara," He said as he stretched his hand to her with his gaze fixed on her and it made Alicia uncomfortable but she did not make it obvious to the people around her. She still took his hand and forced a smile, " Likewise, Mr. Monterde," She said.
