Meadow's eyes filled with tears when Casper's mark disappeared. "Casper what happened to you?" she whispered feeling as though it was her fault. Akira rushed to her side holding her. "Someone killed Casper." she whispered into Akira's chest. All the male could do was hold her but looking out the cave with a look of resentment. His eyes darken with hatred. The Leppards are going to far and will pay for this. "Meadow rest for a while I am going to go out with some males to scout the area." He soothing her into sleep.

Akira pov

I kiss the top of her head before leaving. A few of the males were waiting for me. "Two of you are staying back to gaurd your queen. The rest will follow me one of her males has fallen. I think the Leppards are heading this way. We are to stop them at all cost." Jinko and Hanobi volunteer to stay behind. The other five leave with me. It took some time but we caught up with my brother. "Hyama it's good to see you brother." I said getting into a fighting stance. To say my brother and I don't get along in an understatement. "Where is she Akira we know you have her." He growls at me getting ready to strike. "My female is safe at the nest. But I am not here to discuss that. One of her males is dead and caused some distress. I am here to remade the situation. With that being said dear brother. Who saw the one called Casper last?" I said crossing my arms. "That would be myself, Kojiro,and his lover Phenix." I look to see my brother's female. This information made everyone gasp. "Iris are you sure about this?" The one called Curtis asked and she nods at him. "I was going to bring it up to him later to see his reaction. The fact can't be ignored he killed his own brother." She said only to be side swiped by the male in question. Phenix however didn't look like himself. He looks like Parker in the beginning stages of the black sickness. "He's infected so is Kojiro!" She yelled the caused a fight to break out. Kojiro and Phenix fled and got away. "Damb they got away." I said balling up my fists. "You should move out no doubt they will be back. Its safe to say now Parker is infected,How he was I don't know. My female isn't safe with you all lingering at the edge of the dens." I said about to leave when two young males stepped forward. one a snake and the other a fox. "She is our female as well. Please allow us to come and protect her with you." The fox said so this is the one called Arrow. I sigh knowing she would be safer at the den with more gaurd while I hunt. "Fine just keep up." I said shifting and walking away. The snake and fox follow suit I hope I don't regret this.
