Fighting In A Group

"Do you want to know how to cross the wall of the Peach Tree Trial? Well, there are a few ways…"

Mu Sai, the Elder in charge of the South Hall, was sitting, talking to his core disciples about the Peach Tree Trial. 

"The first way to cross is quite simple: if you are worthy to cross, the wooden wall will allow you to cross it as if you were crossing a wall of water, but most people are not worthy," explained Mu Sai.

"So the most common thing is to climb over the wooden wall...," said one of the core disciples who had already taken part in the Peach Tree Trial before, he was one of those who had to climb to get ahead.

"Yes. There are also the more skillful ones who use their Flying Swords to fly over the wall, but this is a very rare case, as the Magical Beasts that stand on the wall are very fast."

The disciples nodded in agreement, they had probably all seen some arrogant cultivators trying to use the Flying Sword to cross the wooden wall.

The Elder had faith that his daughter, Mu Sae, would be one of the prodigies who would cross the wall without having to climb, just like Su Minwa. 

He ended the conversation with his core disciples and started walking through the garden of the South Hall.

Crossing the wooden wall using brute force? Someone capable of doing that would be a real threat to the Ancient Peach Tree...

An angry grunt was heard as the Dong family prodigy stood up. Dong Bai glared at the person in front of him.

"You again? Don't tell me you were able to kill the inspector?!"

Su Login didn't reply, he was busier analyzing the current situation. He had made sure to go to a place further away from the one where he met Dong Bai and the girls, but ended up meeting them again, and soon during a battle.

How did Su Login get there when he was thrown when he touched the wooden wall?

The young man used the One-Punch Hero Pill. It was really sad to have to spend such a powerful item so soon after receiving it, but he felt he could evolve more if he crossed the wall.

The One-Punch Hero Pill gave him the strength of an Immortal, this strength was enough to explode the wood so that he could get through, however, there was a problem there as well as the presence of other cultivators:

This was not yet the Fifth District. It would be a problem if Su Login still had to cross another wooden wall to get there.

The offer was good, after all Dong Bai was stronger than Su Login. Now that he was a real cultivator, Su Login realized how far apart the strength of cultivators from different Realms was.

If he fought Dong Bai, he might end up dead. His only advantage was the combat experience he had from his past life.

He looked both ways. The girl called Mu Sae was trapped and the other, Su Minwa, was ready to fight at any moment. These two were complete strangers to him, even though Su Minwa was 'Su Login's' sister.

Su Login felt nothing towards Su Minwa. However, when he saw Mu Sae's pleading eyes, he thought about something important: how many Karma Points would he get if he helped them?

"Just a second," Su Login said to Dong Bai as he opened the Karma Store. He was after a specific item... and found what he wanted:

Su Login currently had 250 Karma Points. He saw how powerful the One-Punch Hero Pill was, it would be very useful if he could have another one.

Su Login sighed deeply and looked at Dong Bai.

Dong Bai was a prodigy, he was arrogant and had a lot of confidence in his abilities. It was quite likely that Dong Bai knew spells that ordinary cultivators couldn't use. 

Mu Sae was no weaker than Dong Bai either, but for her to end up in this situation, Dong Bai probably waited for the perfect moment to attack. In that case, it could be considered that Dong Bai also used strategies to fight someone stronger.

Dong Bai raised an eyebrow when he saw his enemy's sudden increase in power, but he didn't cower and went for it.

The moment Dong Bai moved, a Formation Array appeared on Su Login's back and two shots were fired in his direction. Dong Bai had to step hard on the ground to dodge the attacks.

"What kind of spell is that?!" shouted Mu Sae.

The Gate of Heavenly Country was no ordinary spell for them. Dong Bai seemed surprised to see this sudden attack, but he soon regained his composure and attacked with the Spiritual Wooden Thorns. The thorns exploded when they touched Su Login's shots.

Even though Su Login had the weakest cultivation, the Gate of Heavenly Country was a very strong spell on its own, and the armor seemed to make it even stronger.

The only problem there was that Dong Bai seemed to be used to long-distance combat too, it would be much better if his focus was on close-range strikes.

"Give me support, I'll take care of him myself."

Su Login looked away in surprise. The person who had spoken was none other than Su Minwa. The girl had a determined look on her face, something that didn't match her beautiful facial features.

Someone as experienced as Su Login could tell that the look on the girl's face was murderous intent. Su Minwa wanted to kill Dong Bai.

"That being the case, from now on I won't be moving from this spot, so don't expect my help if you stay in a passive position," said Su Login. He activated the Stabilizing Roots and focused on attacking the enemy from afar.

A strange feeling rose in his chest.
