Resting Day
Nie Long take his time to walk home since it was still early in the evening, the sun still bring in the sky and he walk back while chatting with the small animal around and saying goodbyes after arriving at the edge of the village.
Nie Long walks home and decides to take a day off for resting. He already working hard and can be regarded as a Genius. "Tang San must be still a rank 10 without any Spirit Ring with both his Spirit Souls and here I am already a Rank 22 with 2 Spirit Rings. After another 3 days, I will get another 2 Spirit Rings for my Treant.
Nie Long just dazing and humming an unrecognizable song while waiting for his mother. His mother was always late as she was always with other moms talking about their son or daughter. 1 day in the past, Nie Long followed his mother to the market and he regret it so much. They talk so much about their son being a genius, how their son can walk around 8old months, and more things.
Now Nie Long won't go and call her up. If he goes, then they will talk about him and ask him a bunch of questions. He remembers when he was 5 years old, a woman want to marry him to her daughter and guess what, her daughter is 10 years older than Nie Long and the girl is not a Spirit Master.
Nie Long doesn't care about age but if they are not a Spirit Masters then they will be his weak spot. If someway he falls in love with a normal person, and he has an enemy, and the enemy attacks his beloved one. It will leave an Inner Demon in his heart. So Nie Long just run away from the lady and went back home.
"How long will it be for Mother to come back? I guess I need to wait for another 1 hour." sighed Nie Long.
"I guess I take a cat nap. Lucy comes to sleep with me" said Nie Long. He loves to sleep with Lucy since Lucy is so cuddleable with her soft fur and her warm body temperature. Soon Nie Long and Lucy fall asleep.
He woke up after hearing his mother say "I'm back". He went out of his room and greet his mother. Nie Long can hear his mother because he is already Rank 22 Spirit Master. If he is still at Rank below 20, he can't hear the door opening.
Nie Long helped his mother cook today. He always loves to help his mother, I guess he is a bit of mother-con but it can't be that bad. Every male loves their own mother. More than their own lives. They will give their lives for their mother. So it is not weird to be in the kitchen and help to cook.
Nie Long never had any parents when he is on Earth so that's why he treasures them so hard that he doesn't want anything to happen to them. After a while, his father comes home after a tiring day of working on the farm. Because both of his parents have no Spirit Soul, they have a hard year before having Nie Long.
After eating with his parent and having fun teasing his father about how he gonna married his mother when he is an adult. The atmosphere is so kind and lovely that can make a lot of families jealous looking at them. Since a lot of families have their own family and don't have a lot of time for their own partner or their own son or daughter.
After his usual routine of washing dishes and bathing, Nie Long is now inside his room and getting ready to sleep. He doesn't want to cultivate today. Even though cultivating can make someone energetic and make them doesn't need to sleep, they still need to rest their minds. Since it can make them better when they want to cultivate later on.
Nie Long sleeps like a baby and wakes up early in the morning. He went out of his room and already saw his mother preparing breakfast for her family. Nie Long smiled and said, "Good Morning Mother" and his mother said the same thing to him.
Nie Long walks toward the washroom to wash his face and brush his teeth. After that, Nie Long walk out of the washroom and saw his father walking toward him. Nie Long greets his father and walked toward the diner table and help serve the food.
