Settling in Seattle

It was a planet of darkness for them. Shrouded in the night fog, earth had nothing to offer them except for Morpheous.

Thick gray mist clung to Seattle's broken, rocky roads, turning it even colder at night. Nothing but the simplest vegetation lived on the surface. A sprout of grass here or there. At higher altitudes, the fog grew thinner, and the air was warmer, but the flights soaring in the sky made it impossible for them to find a perfect dwelling. So they had to settle for a tree to spend the night.

Lord Oberon opened his sleepless eyes as the sun slowly spread its gold. The annoying cold breeze had definitely become a bother for him.

"Mogwai"

"Mogwai. Get up!" And Lord Oberon prodded the shoulder of his gremlin with his toe.

"Aaaaiiiiii! We are still here!" Mogwai winced and hurriedly wiped the goop from the corners of his eyes before turning towards Lord Oberon.
