Meeting him again

The warmth of his lips tantalized her skin. For a moment, she couldn't believe that his lips had touched her skin. But of course, they did. How else she could explain the way, her skin felt scalded and scorched where he had touched.

She lifted her gaze and looked into his amber eyes, which looked all soft and mellow, melting her heart even more. Her heart raced against time, thudding as if it wanted to break free, and she couldn't help but lift her fingers and run on his lips which had just touched her.

"Is this real? Am I dreaming, Morpheous?"

But instead of replying, he pushed her hand away and lifted her in his arms. He slowly started walking out of the memorial ground.

She was not able to understand what had just happened. All this intimacy with him was making her head go haywire. His smell, his breath, the grip of his fingers around her body, it was all way too overwhelming for her senses.
