Blood Transforming Realm – Refining one's body in the order of: Blood, Organs, Bones, Muscles/Tendons/Ligaments, Nerves, Brain. Each of the minimum 10 stages to reach the Bone Fusion Realm needs to refine at least one aspect of your body in each stage. Once you start refining an aspect of your body you must continue to do so lest your body become unbalanced. One can withhold their breakthrough to continue to refine their body, however, it will become increasingly harder as time goes on.

Bone Fusion Realm – The aspect cleansed of most impurities can now be strengthened with qi, each stage of the Bone Fusion Realm represents a layer of strength, the amount of qi your refined body can hold and use to enhance your movements and strength. Bone Fusion Realm is limited by the Blood Transforming Realm.

Qi Refining Realm – Now that one can store copious amounts of qi within their body it a priority to purify the qi within one's body. With each stage represents the purity of one's qi and its potency when used in martial techniques. It will naturally take longer to restore one's qi to fight. However, less will be needed as the pure qi has far greater power than imbued or ambient qi.

Foundation Realm – One needs to find a Foundation Item; the quality of this item will determine one's foundation to build on. In comparison, if one incorporated the blood of a Flood Dragon, and one incorporated the blood of a Rank 1 Wood rabbit. The quality of their foundation will vastly differ. It does not need to be blood, it can be a beast core, artifact, or even a fragment divine. The stronger the item incorporated, the stronger the risk of backlash or failure, the will at best cause a setback.

Innate Realm – The internal qi can now be projected externally and powerful martial techniques can now be channeled through the body with little consequence. In this realm finding one's dao with a certain weapon or having an understanding or laws or concepts are not uncommon. With each stage one has to gather more an more qi around and within them until they form a qi sea.

Sea Condensation Realm – the size of one's qi sea determines the amount of effort needed to progress in this realm. If one does not have a large enough sea they will stagnate and fail to reach the next realm. The larger the qi sea the higher the grade core one can start with in the next realm; however, the size of the sea equals the difficulty. The backlash of failing to form one's core will result easily in becoming a cripple, and even more easily self-implosion.

Core Formation Realm – The core is stable however, no completely formed, one will need many heavenly ingredients and materials to consume to imbue their core. The stronger and the purer the materials are the better for your core. The grade of your core will interact differently with certain materials. If you had a qi sea with primarily water attuned qi, forming a core that favors water imbued qi, consuming fire imbued heavenly materials might cause major issues.

Transforming Core Realm – Your core is stabilized, and it is completely formed, the heavenly materials to help stabilize the foundation of the core impowering it. Now its is time to increase the grade. Although it is possible to stay in this realm till you reach absolute perfection, the future you start from perfection, the more impossible the task will be. Even if one starts one stage away from perfection the chances of reaching that height is nearly unsurmountable. The commonly known peak where one can move onto the next realm is the Golden Core Stage. However, there are stages beyond this.

Nascent Soul Realm – The soul of the cultivator is powerful enough to break free from one's body and is able to travel a certain distance away from the main body. If the soul is strong enough it can take tangible form and fight with a limited portion of the true body. If one's divine soul is injured then the main body is in a weakened state until the soul recovers. Which will take decades unless one has soul healing medicine. Soul Techniques are now far more common. One can form their jade token for one to hold, without any special means

Saint Realm – One can only progress to this Realm if one has at least one complete understanding of a law. Laws are the rules of an element and how it interacts with the rules of a world. Note that traveling between worlds will cause slight weakening of one's laws until they grasp the rules of the world they find themselves in. Giving defending Saints an advantage over others. Dao of weapons is very common in this realm, in fact if one does not have a weapon dao in this realm one will find themselves easily outmatched. Cultivation while still important will take a secondary role to one's control over the laws.
