80 The Nine-tailed Fox is a messy eater

Before leaving, Wu Yun has to tell Wan Mi what happened, it would be cruel not to do so.

She doesn't take the news well, and becomes quiet and introspective, but seems to perk up when Wu Yun tells her that there might be a way to bring Lan Tian's memories of his current life back.

"And the memories, of his previous life?" She asks, looking up at Wu Yun. "Will they remain too?"

Xue Zhuan didn't actually elaborate on that, and Wu Yun suspects it's because he isn't sure either. A cruel, petty part of Wu Yun hopes Shu Luan will disappear as Lan Tian returns. 

He feels sorry for his horrible death, and for the lengths Ling Yan went, to restore his soul. The rational part of him understands that there wouldn't be a Wu Yun and Lan Tian, if it wasn't for Ling Yan and Shu Luan.
