I'm Her Girlfriend (1)

[POV: -MOON]

#CALL-RINGTONE! 

"Aah! Seriously, who's calling me right now?!" 

I was so deep in sleep that I got a thunderstorm when I received a call early this morning. With wrinkled eyes and scratchy hair, I got up from my bed. I threw the bed sheet aside and holy shit I snatched the fucking phone to lift the call. Who the fuck called me, huh?! 

"Hello? Who's this?!" I sounded so rigid. 

How the fuck the opposite person can make a call this early morning to someone like me who is so deep in sleep?! Fuck you, Man! 

"Sorry to disturb you this early morning, Ma'am. But we wanna say that your girlfriend had an accident." The opposite person replied calmly. 

I had a GIRLFRIEND?! From when and who?? She even had an accident? Who the fuck is my girlfriend ha?? What is this shock in this early morning?

"Sorry, Mister. Maybe you dialled the wrong number. I don't have a girlfriend. Okay?" 

I have a girlfriend? Seriously, no way! 

"No, no. I had called the exact number which your girlfriend said, Ma'am." 

"Hey, hey! First, you stop mentioning 'your girlfriend'! Doesn't she have a name?" I screamed and then tried to keep my patience. 

"I don't have any idea about her name, Ma'am. Please come and take care of her. This's 'Eddan Hospital' (Imaginary place)."

"H-Hey! Hello? Hello? Hello!!"

Fuck! He hung up the call! Aah! What is this problem? Who is my girlfriend? No, no, I don't have a girlfriend! First, I have to meet that girl who rumoured about me as her girlfriend! 

She's not my fucking girlfriend! Aahhh! Fuck you, Girl! 

What's the delay? I immediately took a cold shower and dressed up in tomboy apparel. I was just combing my hair when I first figured out how gorgeous I was. 

I was a girl with dyed grey hair and it was in a ponytail. Front there were leaf bangs with star earrings. A brand new watch and sneakers from Nike. 

When I touched my face I felt like a sponge. So smooth and whitish. 

With bread in my mouth and a coffee cup in my hand, I got into my car. With high speed, racing on the highway I pulled the brake in front of 'Eddan Hospital'. Such a big hospital. 

I walked into the hospital. And just in seconds, I grabbed the crowd's attention. All of them's eyes were just laying on me. When I looked at the counter I found a woman and a man, working on their computers. 

I guess it's that bastard who called me this early morning and kept on mentioning 'your girlfriend, your girlfriend'. Fuck him! 

"Excuse me, may I know where my girlfriend is?" 

I said removing my sunglasses. The man working on his computer looked at me and stood up. What's with that shitty look? 

"Doesn't your girlfriend have a name?" He said. 

"How can I know her name when you didn't mention it this morning?" 

As I finished my sentence, the woman beside the man suddenly turned her face to him and looked so strict. What the fuck? The look was like he and I are dating and I'm the one here cheating on someone else I call my girlfriend.

"Huh? What do you mean, Ma'am?" 

"Mister, you're the one who called me this early morning saying that my girlfriend had an accident, aren't you?" 

He wrinkled and then suddenly raised his brows high like his mind bulb glowed just now. Finally, you recalled. Such a blunderhead he is. He then led me to a room and just stopped right in front of the door. 

"Aren't you getting in?" 

"No, Ma'am. You go in. If you want anything just let me know, Ma'am." 

I nodded my head. From when the staff members of the hospitals turned into this polite to the citizens of the country. Most of the hospital staff members would act so strictly and often ignore the patient's families. 

Well, I'm so happy that this hospital is different from other hospitals. 

I opened the door. When I saw the person laying on the bed, covered with the blanket and munching the red apple, I literally felt the needle pinch of a heart attack. I couldn't believe what I'm seeing with my eyes! 

It was… It was… TANGWEN ALFIE!! Fuck, she's back! She was my girlfriend? She was the one for whom I came to see this long, ha?! From the person I was trying to get rid of, now she's in front of my naked eyes! 

"Oh. You finally arrived, Idol?"  

No! I never wished to arrive here, Tangwen. I never wanna meet you again. I never and ever thought of seeing you again, Tangwen. 

Then how did you manage to bring me back to you? Why did you mention to the staff members of the hospital that you're my girlfriend? 

"Ta- I mean Cherry? You… Are you really Cherry?" 

I was damn flabbergasted. Just wide-eyed, staring at her damn shit face. 

"Yeah, I'm Cherry. Your girlfriend, isn't it?" 

"Cherry! Stop your nonsense now. You aren't my girlfriend, got it?" 

I said it out loud. She said nothing but curved her lips into a smirk. She sat up on the bed and gestured to me to sit on the chair, near to the bed. I settled in the chair and we both were looking at each other. 

Where one hates the other whereas the other one loves her. Can a hater fall in love with her enemy? A cheater who used my surname but still I'm blank about her purpose of using my family surname. 

How can I even accept a cheater's love? And I would never fall for her. Never and ever, not even in the afterlife. 

"Moon, Why did you leave me alone in the school?" 

Her low voice sounds so miserable. Her eyes were looking at her fingers which had turned picky already. Such a dramatic scene. 

"Kylan loves you. You should love him, anyhow you love him too, right?" 

I'm not the kind of girl who can be tagged as pure straight. No, even though I have lesbian characteristics, I rarely allow them to get out. I wouldn't reject your proposal if you hadn't used my family name. Not even now I have no idea about why you used my surname. 

I may not have a good understanding of you but as far as I know, you have often faked yourself toward me. You would have been yourself around me then I may have accepted you but it wasn't. 

I won't say I never had feelings for you. Yes, I had feelings for you but I decided to keep them inside unless you reveal your real identity in front of me. At that time I may not love you back, Tangwen Alfie. 

Cuz you became a cheater in my eyes. Cheaters will be cheaters only! 

"Answer my question, Moon. I don't wanna know about Kylan now." 

"You need an answer then. Who you were to me to care about you? Were you my friend? Or my best friend? You were a stranger to me, Cherry!" 

She went quiet and didn't dare to look into my eyes. Her eyes got low, looking at her pinky fingers. I know my words may break you but you don't deserve me, Tangwen. I don't want you. Never and ever. 

A glint of tear and then a flow of her saltwater began flowing from her eyes. I feel so guilty of my words but I don't want her to love me! I just don't want to! She deserves a happy ending in her life, if she continues to work on me then she will never have good times. 

"We were never strangers, Moon. I have known you since kindergarten." 

What the fuck? How does she-

"I know that you were having a crush on Carl Edwin by then but he was popular among girls so you left your feelings in Kindergarten only, didn't you?" She said in a low pitch.
