24 A thug among teens

As an orphan Hikaru was raised in a poorly managed foster home where all the eldest kids preyed on the young. But that changed with the addition of Hikaru along the way as he fought not with physical prowess but with his mind. Just as back then his hand instinctively grab hold of a plywood blocking the blade of his foe while grabbing a pencil with his right

"Ever seen John Wick?" He violently lodges the tip at the thug's eyes shoving it further until the useless flailing has finally stopped

(Hikaru!!!)

Recommendation: Seeing as Sanya is overly familiar with death the cops won't suspect you of murder. But as you progress through the game you must learn how to properly dispose of some evidence. A guide to corpse disposal has been sent to the player please read it once you have some free time]

"You heartless shite!" The girl whom he knocks down recovers and strikes his back with her blade but the tracksuit sends a shockwave in response

"See what did I tell you? You also saw that notification as well right? There's no end to them I don't end their lives," He takes a knife from the kitchen table and throws it on the woman piercing her chest

"Damn you!" These sole survivors of the three lunges at Hikaru as he learned through the blunders of his friends

'What a load of bull! This is too damn scripted. Why did my track suits power run out just when he lunged right at me?'

[System: The foe is suffering from the debuff [Fury] all sense of preservation is closed off, temporarily increased in physical strength

Status: You have been rooted by the enemy's skill [Grapple] your movements are impaired

Alert: The enemy is now slamming you relentlessly to the wall any further damage will cause you to fall unconscious]

"I'll fucking kill you! You damn devil. You killed my friends!!! After this I'll skin ya, then I'd feed ya to dogs!" The thug could barely keep his voice from shaking and though his grapple made it so Hikaru couldn't escape it had one flaw

"Hey, asshat your neck looks so hella juicy," He had one applicable move for him to escape and he found it as he gnaw at the thug's neck his grip loosens and he escaped

He was thrown right near the woman's corpse and he pulled out the knife before spitting the blood from his mouth. "Ptooey! Well, that taste like shit. It's been fun but it's time we end this little scuffle. I still have someone I need to find,"

'Where did he go?'

(He's over there!)

As Hikaru recovered from his brutal beating he saw his bleeding aggressor slowly losing all strength as he crawled. "P-please don't kill me! I-I promise y-you won't see me anymore. I'll make sure of it I swear! So please just this once let me go!!!"

He stabs the thug's hands and the sharp knife pierces through the old plywood rendering him immobile. Hikaru stares in a bloody manner before going back to the kitchen and bringing back a variety of knives in his return. Three of the knives went for his other limbs another was placed in his waist and the last he held quite close to the thug's neck

"You're not lying because the next time we do meet it'll either go two ways. I die or the opposite direction is you. Don't take this the wrong way but I know a liar when I see one because all of you have the same lines," A light swing was all it took as all the knives in this apartment complex were thoroughly maintained by whetstone

(What did you mean by that?)

"Pardon?"

(Don't ignore me, what did you mean by they all have the same lines and that he's a liar who'd kill you once you met again?)

'Oh, that shtick? I was mentioning the in-game options panel. I once let them go and after that once a week or so they'll knock on my door and kill me. It was an unavoidable event even if you didn't sleep at home he'd kill you in the area where you stand. It's one of the worst in-game deaths because to escape it you need to go back and kill the guy losing all your progress,'

(Are you kidding me!!?)

"Hey, no need to yell? What's the big idea Fazreal? It's not like you to be so impolite,"

(Impolite? You just murdered them in cold blood for such a petty reason! Do you think that's not a good enough reason for me!!?)

"First off how dare you judge me. Second, if this weren't for your idiotic junior I wouldn't be here in the first place. Third and final the only way I can get back to my reality is by clearing the game and I can't do that if I can't murder some people!"

(Forgive me for voicing my opinion. It seems I grew so fond of you that I forgot im no more than a guide. Plus this reality is a mere copy)

"Well im glad you understand your wrongs but there's a better bigger problem at hand and we need to go now!"

(Before that we need to call an ambulance. When I searched upstairs I saw those men hanging with Katsumi Yura. They're barely breathing and it seems the goal of these three was to capture them alive)

"If that was true then why didn't those three try and apprehend me? From their actions, I think they knew who I was but decided to kill me. That leads to a certain conclusion I have they want to break Yura both physically and mentally,"

(But why did the perpetrator ask them to kill you instead of her crew?)

"That's because the culprit knew her well enough. Yura was a little awkward but she'd care deeply about me. I can't say she likes me but in a way, she holds me close as her gang members,"

(So the culprit do you know who they are- Hey where are you going?)

"Upstairs im gonna take them outside and call an ambulance. If I left them here then they'll become a suspect in my murder. I need to keep them safe before I find her Yura hopefully she hasn't turned,"

After Hikaru calls for an ambulance to pick up the injured crew near an alleyway to their hideout he rushes to Yura's side. The address took him to the other side of Sanya as he left the Kiyokawa district he rode his bike to Zutsumi. When Hikaru was about to enter its borders he felt the need to stop as the road ahead was flooded with a bunch of thugs

"Looks like our intel was right. Oi kid you better come with us if you don't want any trouble. I'm saying this because-" Hikaru dropped his bike and sprinted at the ringleader where he landed a devastating left hook knocking him unconscious

"What's all the fuss? Ain't it obvious im not going out without a fight? Either get out of my way or suffer the same fate as your boss,"

"You heard his answer now break his bones!" They surrounded Hikaru leaving him no room for escape but they didn't know that's all he ever yearned for the most

Status: You've taken the modified pepper spray bomb from your bag this item only has a single use would you like to trigger its use?]

"I'll be cutting our meeting short. As much as I'd like to deal with you all im running out of time. So kindly appreciate my gift,"

He lit the can, and as it exploded the fumes scattered around him creating a chemical fog incapacitating everyone but himself. He scurries over to the park in the slums where the cherry blossoms ever bloom so beautifully in this wretched neighborhood. He saw Yura barely standing as she covered her injured left arm from bleeding any further than she could take

"Damn you! Why did you betray us, Aoyama? You're the second in command and yet. You're greed knows no limit,"

"I betrayed the gang? No, it was you... I was there when you made this gang. Your promise differs from what you're doing now. I didn't betray you, you changed! Weren't you the one who'd conquer Sanya? Now what is this sorry excuse of a person? You've changed and if you can't uphold your own words then I rather you die than anything else-"

"Would ya shut the fuck up aye!!? Enough with that stupid long-ass monologue. You're so fixated on speaking that you barely even notice me coming," Hikaru jumps at the right moment to land a powerful jab pushing Aoyama away from ever reaching Yura

"Are you sure about that? Why don't you check for yourself? I think your arm is looking a tad bit off,"

As he said those words, Hikaru felt his right arm ruptured, and glimpses of a narrow hole in his tracksuit oozing with blood. "He got through that? Just how sharp is that thing? It doesn't look like your average knife. Just where did he get that-"

"You idiot why did you come back? You had a good life. Just why... why did you come back for us?" Yura tries to stand up but she falls to the ground after losing so much blood

"Why exactly? That's such a foolish question. Whether I become rich. Be happy. Have a normal life. I'll never forget my roots,"

At that moment Hikaru wasn't granted an option panel which meant his words reflected his very life. Before the foster home, he lived in the slums just like Yura and her gang in a way that made him belong in their group. His eyes reflected a dull grayish sight indicating his life at its fullest where it belongs to the unfortunate fated individuals

[System: You've found a fork road in line with the plot of the main story thus granting you a choice that can change future outcomes

Option 2; Save her and leave the others to fend for themselves (Yura will be ashamed as her crew dies and she'll no longer appear in the game)

Option 3; Fight! (Upon choosing this option you can't exit by choosing another save point. If you die you'll be respawned before the fight ever starts. The chances of you forfeiting the match will make the system all your saved files and you'll return to the start)]
