Alex: ok

{Alex's phone ringing... P Aat incoming call.....}

Alex: hello

P Aat: hello Alex ....{smiling}... Hmm.....did I disturb you?

Alex: no... no....p Aat.

P Aat: can I asked one more question?

Alex: yes go ahead.

P Aat: Aat....are you free tomorrow?

Alex: hmmm..... No, I'm not

P Aat: can I pick you up? If you don't mind.

Alex: huh.. where are you taking me?

P Aat: well anywhere you'd like to go,I figured you don't go out much.

Alex: sure I'd like that.

P Aat: great,then I will pick you up at 10:30am.

Alex: hmm.

P Aat: okay I'm gonna hangup now,{stalling}... Bye.

{P Aat hangs up the call}...

[The Next morning]

{Alarm ringing}

{Alex reaches for his phone and saw the time being 9:30am}.

Alex: .....shit....{rushing out of bed and straight into the bathroom.

(Bath routine)........

{Alex searching through his wardrobe and trying out which outfit to wear}.

Grace:...{knocking on Alex's door}Alex.....are you ok in there?

Alex : yes..... mom.

{ Opening the door to see messy room}

Grace: oh Alex.... what's going on?.....

Alex: moooooom.....

Grace: {smiling at Alex}...oh...honey do you need help?.

Alex: {feeling embarrassed}.... It's fine mom.

Grace: ok...ok.. fine, I will go{ still smiling and walks out of the room}.

[At dining table]

John: what happened up there? You seem happy.

Grace: well looks like Alex is going a date .....

John: for real...{looking interested in the topic}.

Lucy: mom, can I have more eggs?

Grace: here ..{passing some eggs to Lucy}.

{P Aat car engine is heard at the gate}.

John: honey he is here.

{Alex phone rings}....

Alex: hello....p Aat.

P Aat: hello Alex, are you set?

Alex: yea.... I'd be right there.

P Aat: ok ....(call ends)

Alex: mom, dad, I'm going out with a friend.

Grace: {teasing Alex}... a date?

Alex: mom... He is only a friend.

Lucy: Alex can I tag along? please

Alex: no Lucy,not today.{walking towards the door.

John: have fun son.

Alex: thanks dad.

[At the gate ]

Alex: hi P Aat.

P Aat: hi....{staring at Alex with a sweet smile}.

P Aat: you look so cute today,{complimenting on Alex}.

Alex: {feeling shy}.....thank you, ...you look nice too.

P Aat: really {smiling happily}thanks.

P Aat: shall we { walking Alex to the passenger's seat and being a gentleman}.

{Grace/John peeping from the window and giggling}.

P Aat: where did you want to go first?

Alex: breakfast.....did you have breakfast yet?

P Aat: .. . No .

Alex: u thought so.. {smiling}.

[At the cafe]

{ Both walking in and taking their sits}

Cafe staff Tom : hello ..... What can I get you?

P Aat: go ahead and order Alex.

Alex: hmm.... can I have one cappuccino iced tea and one chocolate cake.

P Aat: I will have one cappuccino iced tea and vanilla cake thanks.

Staff Tom: ok I'd be right back.

P Aat: {staring sweetly at Alex}.

Alex:{ feeling shy}.

{ Both smiling at each other}

(Staff Tom peeping at them and smiling)

Staff Luke: Tom what's so funny?

Tom: look at that couple, they seem to be so much in love with each other.

{ Luke looking across the side Conner and sees Aat smiling at Alex sweetly}...and suddenly felt uneasy.

Tom: { looking back at Luke}... Luke ...are you ok?

Luke : yea

Tom: do you know them?

Luke:... Yeah... Hey is this their order?

Tom: yes it is.

Luke : let me help with that .

Tom : ok

{Luke taking out the orders}

Luke: one cappuccino iced tea and chocolate cake.

Luke: oh Alex ,hi

P Aat { looking uncomfortable at luke}

Alex: hi p Luke, you work here?

Luke: yea I do, it's so nice to see you here .

P Aat:. ...{clears his throat}.....

Luke: oh Aat .. you're here too?

P Aat: well yea Luke obviously....{sarcastically}.

Tom: here is your cappuccino iced tea and vanilla cake..... {Smiling at him}

Luke: hmm... You look nice Alex.

Alex: thanks.

Luke: enjoy..your drink. {Walks back to counter with Tom}.

Alex: p Aat are you ok?

P Aat: yea I'm fine....{forcing a smile}.

{Alex takes a bit at the cake}, while Aat sips his tea staring at Alex.

P Aat: Do you like it?

Alex: yes chocolate cake is my favourite,{smiling back at Aat}.

P Aat: hmm... I see.

P Aat: hey..... {trying to point out crumbs on Alex's mouth Conner}

Alex :huh.....?

{Aat picks a paper napkin and wipes Alex mouth}.

{Alex looks stunned, and both staring at each other}

Alex: thanks.... {with a soft voice}.

{Luke feeling and looking jealously at them}.

P Aat: hmm.....Alex where to next?

Alex: hmmm.... What do you suggest?

P Aat: {thinking....} I know just the place.....{smiling back}.

Alex: {smiling back}.

P Aat: come on ....{ Standing up to pay the bill then the both head out}.

[At the Amusement park]

Alex: wow....

P Aat: you like it?

Alex: yes

P Aat: I still have one more surprise for you

Alex: ok...{smiling}...

{Aat leads Alex towards the aquarium entrance}.

P Aat: hmmm Alex can you close your eyes

Alex: oh why P Aat?

P Aat: just do it and don't worry I will lead you ok.

Alex: ok.....{then closes his eyes}

{ Aat holding his hand and leading him}.

P Aat: Easy..... Easy.....ok

{Now standing in the middle of the aquarium}

P Aat: ok Alex open your eyes.

Alex: {slowly opening his eyes and saw the beautiful scenery of various fishes} ...woooooow...

Alex: {feeling so happy he hugs Aat unexpectedly and says softly} ......thank you

P Aat : {feeling stunned,he immediately hugs back at Alex enjoying the moment}...... you're welcome .

{Both continues with the sight seeing and enjoyed other fun rides}.

(hours later )

P Aat: Alex are you hungry?

Alex: hmm ..yea

P Aat: what will you like to have?

Alex: I actually don't know, and the kind of dishes being served I have tried them yet.

P Aat: oh yeah.. I forgot that for a minute there. How about you try a hotpot dish

Alex: ok if you say so.

P Aat: ok let get going .

[ At the restaurant]

{Aat phone rings, Chet incoming call}.

P Aat: hello ... Chet

P Chet: where are you Aat?.... I'm with Sol.

P Aat: I'm at the restaurant in the Mall.

P Chet: we're in the Mall too.... Wait...wait...Aat did you come with someone?{teasing Aat}

P Aat: yeah....

P Sol: Chet where is he?

P Chet: he says the restaurant.

P Sol: awesome, just the right place to be..{with excitement}.

P Chet: I will be right there.....{ Hanging up and both headed for the restaurant}.

Alex: who was that p Aat?

P Aat: Chet and Sol,the want to meet up.

Alex: ok.

P Sol: hey Aat.....what happened you disappeared the whole day!

Alex: hello p Sol, hello p Chet.

P Chet: hello Alex

P Sol: helloooo Alex.....{ teasing Aat}.... Now I see why you disappeared today.

P Aat: Sol you aashole, I was busy.

P Chet: {teasing Aat}....busy with your wife ehnnnn...

P Aat: { feeling embarrassed and smiles}.

{Setting up the dish for four}

{Alex sat and watched Aat being busy with the dish}.... Smiling..... As he scanned Aat being so caring.

P Aat: Alex.... Alex.!

Chet/Sol: {observing Aat and Alex}

Alex: {regaining his senses}.....huh....did you call?

P Aat: ... {Smiles}... Yea, what's funny? You where smiling.

Alex: .. huh , nothing.

P Aat: let's eat .

Alex: ok

{Alex holding his chopsticks }

P Aat: go ahead!....

{Alex trying to hold the chopsticks properly and feeling embarrassed}.

P Aat: { staring at Alex battle with the sticks he smiles}.

P Aat: hmmm ....here ....{feeding Alex} ... It's ok, leave it to me.

Chet/Sol: { giggling at the sight}

Alex: { feeling shy and smiling}....thanks

( Some minutes later)

{ Both finished eating}.
