57 Chapter 57: After the incident.

Gwen is having the best day at work today. 'A research that I have been stuck at for a long time, finally got a breakthrough today.' 

She returned home in a happy mood. After putting her keys away and her purse, she saw that someone was sitting in the dark on the sofa. 

She approaches the living room and turns on the light there. "Are you pouting again?" 

Ryan, who was drinking whiskey in the dark before, said "I am not pouting. I am brooding. That's how sexy man pout" 

"Aww, my baby." Gwen hugs him. She sits next to him and gestures to her lap. Ryan takes the invitation and puts his head there. 

"Face first? You must be very upset " She said while rummaging her finger through his hair.

"Sooo…what happened?" 

"A bald, old lady scolded me today" He complained while his face was covered with the thigh. Gwen thought it was so funny that the tiny things bother him that much. 

"Why did the old lady scold you?" 

"Well, the gist of it is that I went down too deep on the villain route." Enslaving people with magic is a big NO from Kamar Taj. He got off with a warning as the bald one is being lenient. 

"Hmm, do you have a reason for doing that?" Gwen asks calmly. She thought it was from an anime he wrote. After all, he did a lot of those. 

"Those people are the betrayer of humanity. They deserve it"

This is also what the bald one thought. But she is bound by the Kamar Taj oath. She will turn a blind eye to it, but she still needs to warn him about the misuse of magic. 

Otherwise, she will wait until later on to meet him when the guy is more mature. 

"I believe my baby did the right thing." She said while stroking his hair. His mood lifted a bit and he peeks from the initial thigh-facing position. 

"Congrats on your research breakthrough. I have prepared a gift for you." After he said that, he tried to get up, but Gwen wouldn't let him. 

"Get up when you feel better." She ordered. 

"It'll take all night," He teased. 

"Then stay there all night." She said lovingly.

On the island. The girls are busy doing the mission given to them. 

"It's too… simple. I expected more." Park Shin is dissatisfied. When Kai gives them the mission of robbing some storage units and vaults, she expects a mission impossible movie vibe. 

She had synthesized a tight black skin suit that accentuated her body just for the occasion. Some gadgets like vault penetrating lasers, sleeping needles for the guard, and more. 

All she had to do was walk in with some id and take the treasure out. Most work is done by R.Q.

A voice next to her said. "I agree, it is too simple. Even boring." Yelena said. Park Shin and Yelena are both wearing the same skin suit. 

The Asian girl looks at Yelena's chest area, and then her chest area. 'I shouldn't wear the suit anymore... Especially with her around.' 

"What?" Yelena asks as Park Shin is looking at her with some contempt. 

"Nothing,...meatbag" She pouted. 

The treasure hunting ended in two days. At that time, not a single peep was heard from anywhere in the world about their operation. 

Their level of stealth is top tier now, even at the universe level. 

Yinsen is looking at the pile of treasures. "What are they doing with this?" He is referring to Kai and Ryan. 

The elf is on the island at the moment. "If it's cultural, they will be returned to their respective country. If not, then it will be used by me." 

"Like a tribute?" Annika's eyes are shining.

"No, more like a fund for my next operation." He explains clearly in case Annika starts offering tribute to him. 

That seems to snub her enthusiasm, as she already planned a lot of tributes for him the moment the idea came to her. 

If he didn't do it quickly, a lot of treasures in the world would have been gone without a trace. 

They walk together to another part of the island. There, some construction work is being done. 

"What's the progress?" The elf asks the construction foreman, Meowth who is wearing a yellow hard hat. 

"Boss, it's 60% done. The outer part is done, now they are moving to the inner part of the castle." 

"Is this where you are going to live next? Can I pick a room?" Annika asks slyly. 

"No, the castle isn't staying on the island." 

"Awwww" Suddenly the elf hears some sad exclamation from his back. Turns out many girls have been following him when he checks the castle. 

"It's like a princess castle. I want it too" Some kids mutter in a low voice. 

The elf can see some children and adults wearing Disney-themed dresses walking all around the place. There's Cinderella, Belle, Pocahontas, Elsa, and more that have been produced by Ryan in this world. 

'Well, the construction is based on the Castle in the movie. I didn't think the impact would be so great.'

The island is like the middle ages right now, with the woman dressed in modest, frilly clothing. 

Some did take a creative turn in making some outfits sexy, but they are admonished by the kids for desecrating the princesses and forced to change. 

"Deer God, did Mr. Knight ask you to build the castle?" The kid trio, Sive, Dotty, and Mia asked. 

Sive is wearing an Anna costume, Dotty is wearing a Mirabel costume, and Mia is wearing a Maleficent costume. 

The elf comes to a sudden realization. Ryan said telepathically at that time.' Don't do it, man.' 

'I have to' 

"Yes, Ryan is the one who asks me to" 

'F*ck' 

The next time Ryan comes, he will be the one bombarded with questions by the kids. The elf had cleverly escaped responsibilities. 

The kids are excited when they hear that the 'creator' is the one who makes the castle. 

Later in the future, Ryan had to make another castle for the islander there. He tried to avoid it, but he is helpless when looking at the kids and Gwen's puppy-dog eyes. 

The elf is going away to the country he's helping, but he is stopped by Yinsen and Annika. 

"Maybe, we can help." Annika, Yinsen, Park Shin, Yelena who quits her job as a flight attendant after a day working, and many more are offering him.

He didn't turn the offer down as even with Ryan coming and helping him every time he got, there was too much trouble that needed to be settled before he could achieve the perfect condition to help the country.

The people who help in retrieving the treasures will be getting a one-on-one swordsmanship lesson from Kai later on.

TheDoctor: Did you get a sample of the vampires? 

Hydra: I do. I am studying the virus that turns people into a vampire now. 

TheDoctor: Send me data when you have analyzed it. The chin splitting reminds me greatly of the T-virus. 

Mythic: Is it the same universe? I don't think so... 

Queenelf: That's the problem with sci-fi stuff. Many things look the same.

After selling some stuff on the trading system, he chatted with the group member. It is also to refresh his knowledge of the next plot.

Ryan worries about the next progress of the Blade series. "Dracula is next. That guy is really troublesome."

If Dracula follows the one in the movie, he will be relieved. But if it follows the comic? Then the difficulty will be very high. 

The fight will be against the vampire progenitor. He needs to at least make a counter for it. He also has been searching for the ancestor's sleeping place.

After the meeting with the bald one, he became indecisive in his action and returned to his negative thinking mode. 

Which was the reason the old lady didn't want to meet him in the first place and wanted to wait longer. She knows him better than he did. 

Entering his father's office, a popping sound is heard. Hiddle and Gwen are popping celebration fireworks at him.

"Congratulations!!" They smiled and patted him on the back. He is confused by all of this. 

Tim explains to him. "As of this afternoon, the company's market capitalization exceeded 500 billion dollars. You're now effectively the richest man on earth." 

He already beat up Stark Industry and Osborne group. 'Well, I am still not the richest though'  There is a prince of a country with valuable metal and assets worth 90.7 trillion dollars. 

Hiddle said to him." I don't know how you manage to get some top-tier company to bow down to us. Some give their company entirely to us, even selling at a loss." 

Ryan had swallowed the assets of these traitors, their company contract, and everything. He can now proceed to the next level of his plan. To breathe life in the bankrupt healthcare system.

He needs the influence to do this. He already sees and lives the effect if the country continues on this path. 

When he is surrounded by his loved ones, his thinking changes. 'Wait, she didn't banish me or anything, did she. What was I so worried about?' 

He holds Gwen, who is standing next to him. His stress melts away. 

The bald one who is monitoring from Kamar Taj has a smile on her face. Ryan has returned to how he used to be before meeting her.

Kai is in a bit of trouble after the vampire incident. "So, you're monitoring me now, Phil. Couldn't I ask for a hot beauty instead? Maybe Natasha? " 

The agent who is stealing his liquor in his house again smiles slightly when Kai wants to pour him a glass. 

He stopped the gesture and said. "Not this time, I am on official business. Just pack some bottles for me to go" 

"What do you think my house is? Starbucks?" Dissatisfied, Kai closes the lid of the glass bottle after pouring a drink for only himself. 

Phil smiles bitterly when his chance is gone. The aroma of the drink has teased his curiosity for a while, but he needs to be professional. 

"Do you want to ask me about the vampire again?" Kai is confused as to what else Phil needs. "Didn't I give you the details before?"

"Yes, you did. I don't even know that you meet Blade. You share the details but not all of it, right?" 

"Who told you this?" 

"Whistler did. He has had contact with Shield for a long time. Especially when he is fighting vampires. He calls to alert us about the mutants, in case there are some left behind in the world." 

Kai nods. He understands the story now. "Then you understand that I didn't tell you about them to respect their privacy." 

"Yeah, you sure did 'Coulson'." 

Kai choked on his drink a little bit. Phil narrows his eyes at him. 

"Err, I didn't plan to use your name in the first place. It's a misunderstanding." 

Phil sighs. "It is a good decision to not use your name." He got in trouble as suddenly, he was requested to meet with some important figures in the world. 

Luckily Reinhart included Kai's picture in his report. Although the picture is blurry, the familiars in high places know that it isn't Phil Coulson from Shield when they look at his hairline. 

Kai now remains hidden. This happened before Ryan enslaved all those people though. 

"Can I see your sword?" Phil requested. It is a lethal weapon against mutant breeds. He needed to check it and see if it could be replicated. 

"Sure, wait here a moment." Kai goes to his room to get A sword. He thought Phil will wait for him at the table, but the agent is following him. 

"Did you take this chance just to enter my room, Phil?" Kai jokes. He doesn't plan to hide much from the agent as Phil is his friend. 

He didn't know this, but Phil had been backing him up since the incident. Otherwise, his area will be full of undercover agents monitoring him. 

Kai Fanclub had been looking for an excuse to get closer to him for a long time. When they have one, they bite the opportunity like a shark. Phil had to bear the brunt of it to make sure that Kai's life didn't change. 

There is no monitoring for Kai, and it's all thanks to Phil.

Kai opens his closet(vault). There, a total of 5 or 6 swords were displayed. "I have to lock it because Skye keeps playing with it." There is a long slash on the sofa, courtesy of his daughter. 

"You have quite a collection." The agent is checking out a medieval-looking black sword. There is a rapier, a dagger, shuriken, and many cold weapons there. 

Kai takes out the supposed sword he uses to fight the mutant vampire. "The edge is coated with a UV laser, so I can slice the vampire easily." 

"Oh, so that's how you do it," Phil said. "Can I borrow it?" 

"Sure. Bring it back will you? Don't just borrow and then forget about it." Kai teased. 

Ryan already foresaw this, so he made a sword without vibranium or the nichirin ore that doesn't exist in this world. It is still made with titanium and silver.

"You know, I really suspect there is a school in Latveria teaching you guys all this stuff. Techniques to fight vampires and the sort." Shield had been searching for the school, but they didn't find what Kai claimed.

"Yeah, the Van Doom Academy is hard to find. It is gone now though after the change in dictatorship" Kai covers up his backstory. 

Coulson pressed something on his finger, in which a beautiful female agent/researcher with black hair tied in a ponytail walked into the house with a briefcase. 

"Agent Jenna Simmons" She shook hands with Kai. 

"You must already know who I am," Kai said. He is a bit surprised to see Jenna here. He thought, 'Didn't she become a field agent after she joins Reincarnated-Phil's team? '

"Yes, I do. I am your f…" 

"Simmons, take the sword back to the lab," Phil ordered, cutting her off. 

The vice-president of the Kai Fanclub is now exiting the house after taking the sword. She is the faction that saves Kai's pictures on her phone as wallpaper. 

"Now that my work is done, pop open the bottle from before will you," Phil said as he watched Jenna leave. His official visit is now over. 

After a few glasses, Kai wants to talk to Coulson about something. "About my daughter Skye.." 

They discussed a few things about the future. It's something that his daughter will know when she becomes an agent later. 

Side story 7: Manga

At Shueisha in Japan. Ryan visits from time to time and invests in some potential manga. 

[My Hero Academia] "The first season is a big success. We can start preparing for the second season now." 

[The time I reincarnated as a slime.] "This is good. We can start the anime production." 

Now that he is the backbone of the anime industry, people look up to him. He had the final say in everything. 

Ryan always gives chances for the original mangaka to come out with their story based on his previous life. 

He only took the story that won't come out or he didn't find the mangaka. Such as Naruto and One Piece in this universe. 

[Berserk] "This is also great. Make sure that you take care of the mangaka's health" He ordered his subordinate thereafter he took over Shueisha. 

[Detective Conan] "This is top tier. Put extra investment in this." 

He reads many manuscripts and the demo work that is sent to the company. He drinks some coffee as he always has to work overtime at this company. 

After managing some running productions such as Bleach, Demon Slayer, and Doraemon, he took some alone time to go through the new ideas. 

"Yess, Death Note!" He gets excited when he sees the familiar anime that he watches in his previous world. 

He continued flipping through the ideas when he choked on his coffee after reading something. 

His subordinate runs hurriedly to his room. "Are you okay Ryan-San?" 

"*cough* *cough* I'm okay, the drink *cough* went to the wrong pipe." 

'Do I publish it? Or do I burn it?' He struggled with indecision. It is because he reads the demo work for a new manga.

He returns to the difficult work. [Boku no Pico] 'What should I do with this?'
