54 Woes of the Radio Demon

"Haaa…." Alastor sighed as he looked at himself in his own personal mirror here in his Radio Shack at the hotel.

"It's been a month and a half…. Funny I don't even have the energy to turn on my Radio voice….." He muttered to himself as he was talking normally to himself and not in his usual Radio voice.

As he looked at himself he appeared disheveled, gaunt even with his sunken in cheeks and heavy bags under his eyes without a single smile in sight, though if someone saw hime this way he'd probably kill them.

His red suit jacket was off to the side hanging off one of his spare chairs as he has kept entirely to himself.

Every once in awhile he would look over to the black vial full of corruption and evil and ponder over using it before shaking his head and not going through with it

"I'm in chains, they don't do anything to me and she isn't even forcing me to do something at all but…. Having my powers just suddenly stop can be a death sentence…. It's what happened with Vox, it could be something much worse later that I come up against and I really will die this time….." He muttered to himself, sounding worried about his situation.

He then laid his head on the open space for the sound board of his radio station and began to ponder as he was left to his thoughts as to what to do next….

Awhile later, Gluttony.

"Mmmnnnmmmm…." I began to wake up from my slumber as I saw Carmilla still sleeping in my arms as I noticed the sky had gone dark showing we fucked and slept the day away.

But I didn't mind as I held my lovely wife close to me as I rested with her a little longer while I used my powers to soothe any aches and pains her body might have from the fun we had together.

"Mmmm?" She could feel the comfortable warmth filling her body as she slowly opened her eyes to see her husband just smiling at her.

"Good evening my sleeping beauty, your body feel better now?" I asked as she looked over herself and back at me.

"You healed me up?" She asked to which I nodded.

"Of course, I didn't want to just leave you feeling sore all over after all of that fun now could I?" I said to which she just sighed and rested her head on top of my chest.

I smiled as I wrapped my arm around her shoulder as we just enjoyed our embrace while i intertwined my fingers with hers as our rings shined next to eachother under the lamplights glow.

*Vrrt Vrrt* I raised an eyebrow as I thought I set my phone to silent, "Charlie? Why is she calling me now?" I mutter as I look at my phone.

"Your 'other' daughter?" Carmilla asked as she looked up at me with a raised eyebrow, though I could hear the air quotes around 'Other' in her voice.

"Our other daughter, and your to be step daughter, but her calling this late must be important." I said to which she just chuckled as she shook her head before resting on me again, not caring if I answer the phone.

"Little Star? What's up? You need something?"

"Dad, can you come back to the hotel soon? I need your help, Alastor has been locked up in his Radio Studio and hasn't once come out, if he was a human he might have starved to death by now." Charlie said on the other end to which I smiled brightly hearing her call me dad.

"Of course! I'll be there first thing in the morning, I'll deal with this problem of your personally okay?" I said with a cheery tone in my voice.

"Thanks Dad! I really appreciate the help! I'll see you tomorrow then!" She said happily as well before we both said our goodbyes as I hung up the phone.

"I feel bad for doing that." Charlie said with a pensive look on her face to which Vaggie just placed a hand on her shoulder.

"I know, but you always knew that he loves it when you call him dad, even though you don't call him that much it's a sure fire way to get his help, but he'd probably would have helped anyway I just thought doing that would make him want to help fix this faster." Vaggie said before going over to their bed and laying down.

"Now Cmon, let's get some sleep, we got another long day tomorrow." Vaggie said patting the bed to which Charlie joined her as they cuddled before going to bed.

The next day, Hazbin Hotel, Outside Alastors Radio Studio.

"Are you sure about this?" Charlie asked as she looked at what I had in my hands, to which I just smiled.

"Just leave it to me little star, now just go on downstairs and wait for the good news alright." I said placing what I had in my hands down before patting her shoulders.

"Okay…. Just call me if you need me alright?" To which I just smiled and nodded before she headed for the elevator and went back downstairs.

I then straightened my tie before grabbing what I had brought, which was none other than a one man battering ram as I went to the door.

*Knock Knock*

"Oh Alastor! I'm Respecting your Privacy by Knocking but Asserting my Authority as Charlie's Father by Coming in Anyway!" I say cheery like before pulling my arms back and smashing the door down before entering the room.

When I get in Alastor still had his head down on his desk as if me busting down the door to his room didn't even matter to him as I came on over before putting his suit jacket on a coat hanger before taking his spare chair and pulling it over to him before I summoned up a tea set and began to make some for him.

"So, the ever so smiling Radio Demon himself can get depressed huh? You not being cheerful is more off putting than when you are." I say to which he just moves his head slightly as he squints his eyes at me before putting his head down.

"You already know why I'm like this, so why bother asking the obvious?" He says with his iconic radio like voice.

"Hmm, yes it would be very hard to complete those objectives that she has set out for you to do in anything of a reasonable amount of time, unless of course, you had some help." I say with a smile to which he lifted his head up and stared at me with a questioning look.

"Of course I'm the most suitable to do that, the billion demon/human souls or the ten thousand angel souls aren't something you can come by on a whim, of course that is if you had access to the other rings, Earth and weapons suited to killing angels." I go to say which made him straighten up in his chair before smoothing out his hair as he looked at me seriously.

"So…." I smile evilly as I hold out my hand to him.

"How about we make a deal?"

*THUNDEROUS BOOM!!!!*

"Whoa! What the fuck was that?!" Angel shouted out as he tried to steady himself from the hotel suddenly shaking after that loud noise.

"Charlie…. Do you think he?" Vaggie asked while Charlie looked upstairs and felt concerned with what just happened.

*Ding* suddenly they heard the elevator come on down and open up to reveal both Cain and Alastor, looking refreshed and in a great mood with his signature smile on his face.

"It was certainly a pleasure doing business with you Alastor, and I do hope our deal will help you with your predicament." I said as I extended my hand to which he shook before letting go.

"Quite right old chum, I feel as right as rain after all that pesky business, I almost feel like a bran new me now, speaking of which I'm going to go enjoy the new bit a freedom you have offered me so generously, and don't worry, I'll keep my end of the deal." He said with a twirl of his cain which looked a bit different if one looked closely enough as it now had a more blackish red tint to it.

And soon enough he enveloped himself in his shadows before disappearing out of sight as I stroke my chin with a grin as I turn to see Charlie and Vaggie come on over.

"Un- I mean Dad, please don't tell me you made a deal with Alastor again." Charlie said worriedly but I just smiled at her before parting her head.

"Nothing to fear my dear little girl, it's the other way around, I didn't make a deal with him, he made a deal with me, but worry not I don't own his soul or anything like that, I just gave him more 'freedom' to move around hell and do what he needs to do, in exchange for him to help me with a few things when the need arises, besides I know it's always better to be on a schemers good side than to be on their bad side, so you have nothing to worry about." I said before looking at her and the rest of the crew.

"We still haven't gotten more people to show up here huh? But I can see that the others are getting along and I haven't heard anyone doing anything particularly bad so I'd say your heading down the right track little star, as unlike me there's always some good even in the souls of sinners down here, after all what was that song you loved to sing when you were a child, In Every Demon There's a Rainbow?" I ask with a smile which makes her blush a bit in embarrassment.

"Dad, I haven't sung that since I was a kid…"

"But it's what made you the lovely young woman you are today, so hold your head up high, never give up on this dream of yours as your story has only just begun." I say raising her chin as I smiled at her before she went and hugged me in her arms as I hugged her back.

"Don't worry kiddo, I'll protect this dream of yours, no matter what it takes." I say to which my eyes light up once more with a look of dark determination before they returned to normal before I pulled away.

"But anyway, give me a call when you need my help okay? I have to go deal with other things in the other rings of hell, but I'll drop it all if it means coming to help you out okay?" I say rubbing her hair as she smiles.

"Thanks dad, and I love you for all you've done for me all my life." To which I smile.

"I love you too little star, don't forget that, I'll see you later." I say before a black vortex opens up on the ground behind me as I fall back and disappear from the hotel entirely.

"Now then, I guess I'm going on a trip to Atlantis." I mutter as I appear back in my Villa in Envy as I look at the text I had recieved from Lia not long ago.

"Better get ready to get wet I guess."
