"Tell me, little girl. Do you think my grandson is not worthy?!" Gu Fengcai turned to look at Gu Fei whose eyebrows were deeply knitted together.

After a moment of deep thinking, she sighed before bowing.

"Not in any way, elder."

"So, you think he's worthy enough?"

"Indeed, elder." Gu Fei timidly nodded her head.

"Then, will you accept being his Dao Companion?"

A sudden loud sniggered interrupted Gu Fei.

Turning to look place where the voice sounded, she saw Gu Feng's covering his mouth with puff cheeks.

"No need to take his words seriously. Also, we're going to use this place so I advise you to leave." Gu Feng signaled her with his eyes, indicating she needed to leave before things turn dire.

"As you wish, young master Feng." Normally, Gu Fei would cut anyone's hands if they touched her, but these circumstances were just too much for her to care for that. Furthermore, she must have some death wish if she dared to hurt the young master of the clan.

"I'll be leaving now, Elder, young master Feng." Quickly, Gu Fei left with hurried steps.

"Why did you do that, brat?* Annoyed, Gu Fengcai lightly smacked Gu Feng's head.

Truthfully, he was serious about what he 'suggested' earlier.

Taking such a talented beauty as a Dao Companion was not a bad thing.
