CHAPTER 5

We got to Uncle's jo coffee shop before 4 so I and Lisa had to wait for Matt to be done with his work.

" Does Matt work full time here? " I asked rolling my eyes at Lisa who had had her eyes glued on Matt ever since we got here

"yeah, his taking over from his dad" she answered. her eyes still on Matt

"oh, I should have thought so, wait a minute if Matt is taking over that means! " I beamed

"free coffee! " she squealed and we giggled making us earn stares from customers while Matt simply smiled at us

"isn't he cute!, gosh his smile,his thick dark brown hair " she mumbled dreamily

"huh" I blinked

"em-em it's nothing " she said finally looking away

"you know you have been staring at Matt all these while? creepy " I gave her a suspicious look

"have I? " she blushed

"jeez are you blushing, oh my your face is tomato red"

"shut up he can hear you " she blushed harder

"okay okay you are... -" I smirked

"shhhhh" she sigh "not a good place to talk about this "

few minutes later Matt joined us

"my favorite ladies " he beamed taking a seat beside Lisa and opposite me

"free coffee please!?" I pout "and Victoria sandwich"

"sure!" he chuckled, soon later a waitress bought us our coffee and snacks "so how about we hang out together like old times?, there's a club down the road on Friday night after that we can have a sleepover at Lisa place " Matt said taking a sip of his coffee

"Do you have to be part of it?" Lisa whined "a girls night is always better Olivia would be around too"

"I want to join, Bernard would be around" Matt whined

"let Sam decide, she's our guest " Lisa said glaring at Matt

"okay so? " Matt said, obviously waiting for my answer

"alright we could have the girls night after this Saturday" I said calmly hoping Lisa won't be upset

"bitch" Lisa glared at me raising her middle finger

"yesssssss!" Matt sqeauled "I owe you a kiss"

"gross!" Lisa deadpanned

after a little chit chat we headed to our various homes

"call me when you get home " Lisa said pulling me in a hug

"sure!"

"Dad! " I half yelled "are you home? " I checked my watch it was past 7pm

"oh you are back" Caroline said walking down the stairs. she was putting on a blue dinner dress, her hair styled in an elaborate style and of course her face was looking like cake, she's probably going on a date or something well who cares "I see you have gone catching up with your little friends " she chuckled

"Caroline we don't have time for losers" Juliea saying eyeing me. just like her daughter, she too was all dressed up "James! " she yelled like she was gonna eat him anytime soon

"oh honey you back, tried reaching you but your line wasn't going, hurry up and get dressed" my dad smiled at me

"don't worry about me I'm fine" I smiled wryly

"c'mon it's a family dinner "

"James she said she's good, let's go!" Juliea glared at me

"dad I'm good" I smiled

"she doesn't want to go why not leave her alone " Caroline chipped in

"James she not a child, let her decide what she want, right sam" Juliea faked a smile

"yeah, I will head to my room now, have a nice time" I start climbing the stairs

"Sam, make sure you eat, we will be back before dinner " my dad said and I simply nod.

I sigh as I entered the shower. I really wish I could get rid of those two, they are so fucking annoying, goah.

when I was done with having my bath , I tied a cotton white towel around my chest and walked out of the bathroom

"what to wear? " I mumbled walking towards my closet.

I threw on a pink floral print shorts and a black plain V-neck loose tee-shirt. After that,I packed my hair in a high ponytail and headed downstairs to prepare a light meal to eat. yeah I'm hungry .

I grab a clear glass bowl and a knife whilst thinking of what to eat. I found a small portion of leftover broccoli pizza in the fridge but you don't expect me to eat what I know nothing about so I pull out strawberries, kiwi Fruit, a banana, an orange, grapes, and blueberries.

Ready to make myself a nice fruit salad.

It didn't take me much time to to make, I was already pouring some milk over the fruits and fetched myself a spoon.

I grabbed a kitchen stool and pulled out my phone from my pocket.I had told Lisa I would call her when I get home so I dailed her number.

"hey b, missing me already " she chuckled from the other end

"I'm home " I rolled my eyes, not like she could see me anyway

"oh, just got home and guess what?"

"I'm home!" Olivia squealed from the other end

"Olivia is around?" I asked half yelling whilst shoving a spoonful of salad in my mouth

"yap" Lisa answered popping the p "she came today, I actually meet her when I got back home "

"oh I have missed you Sam" it was Olivia, I guess she snatched Lisa phone from her because the next thing I heard was

"Olivia give me back my phone!!!" I bet Lisa is about to rip Olivia head off

"allow me talk to her" Olivia whined

" I said no, give it back " Lisa yelled

"okay now I don't know what to do so I'm going to hang up, see you two tomorrow " I hung up

Those two fight alot and never agree together that you actually think they hate each other or something but in actually sense they are inseparable, try messing with one and you are in for it.

when I was done with my fruit salad I was still not satisfy so I decided to have some ice-cream and chocolate and then I thought of an idea 'watch a movie'

who doesn't enjoy sweets whilst watching movie.
