Chapter 60 Jealousy and defense

Axel POV

I went to Ryan in the room where she has been waiting for me to return from Jackie's room in the hospital. She was ready to meet Jackie and apologize to her on my signal for her to come in but unfortunately, Jackie was too stubborn to agree (or probably too heartbroken and angry.) to my pleas even though I begged on Ryan's behalf.?

But at least before I left she was calmer then; well that was because a nurse had to come and complain about our disturbance, she asked me to leave Jackie as I was stressing her! Everything just sucks!

Ryan rested her chin in between her thumb and index finger. She looked really sad and heartbroken.

It was dark already but the light in the room was bright enough to see and read her face.
