Chapter 18 Cafe

"Yesterday you stole for us because there was no money! How on earth are we supposed to send her to school like this?" She yelled too. "I had never thought that day would come." She mumbled and I could not believe my ears. They thought I stole!?

"Are you hearing yourself mother!" I continued yelling. "You think I stole?"

"Not think, I know you did. She don't have to lie." She corrected and I was dumbfounded.

What in the hell?!

"Dad, do you still think so?" I turned to dad to ask.

"Dear I was disappointed but it wasn't your fault, you were thinking about us your family. I'm not saying it's okay but I understand." He replied.

"Stop trying to lie, we know you stole, the money mom gave you could not buy as much as you brought home yesterday." Elenore chide in.
