Vicky has given new dress to dobby and it looked much better and the same as the house elves at Yemaya's house.
So dobby is a free elf now and he can serve anyone it wants.
Vicky pays for dobby and the other house elves at Yemaya's house elves.
After coming back to his mansion Vicky told harry about how his uncle and aunt has raised him.
Vicky specifically mentioned the mistakes and blunders of Dumbledore in taking care of things and causing so many problems.
If Dumbledore would have given a little of your wealth to his uncle and aunt then his life should have been better than it was before.
After listening to Vicky's analysis harry believed most of it but he still has doubts.
Vicky also mentions about the life of professor Snape being in love with his mother.
Also Vicky mentioned many pranks that harry's father did that are far worse than the Slytherin house students at the current time.
Harry did not believe most of it but Vicky said everything with proof.
That is right Vicky found some of the old photos and people at that time at Hogwarts to speak with harry.
They studied with his parents.

Vicky specifically asked harry to not to speak about this anywhere else as there are some people that don't want him to know about this.
Vicky did praise harry's mother but acted disappointed about his father.

Soon harry wanted to visit Ron's home.
Molly even invited Vicky to her home to stay for a few days.
Vicky spoke to Yemaya and then decided to go to Wesley's home.
Vicky doesn't have to teleport there with the help of dobby.
Instead they used the Floo powder to directly appear at Wesley's house.
They bought their things in the portable expansion space bag.
The pets can fly on their own and come to them by flying.
So there is no problem.
As for dobby Vicky has arranged him some tasks related to collecting evidence of Gilderoy Lockhart's cheating.
He should have accumulated quite a good amount of wealth over the years.
Vicky is going to blackmail him next to get his money, knowledge books and other things.
So dobby was doing that, while Vicky arrived at the burrow with harry in toe.
Vicky was not empty handed instead he brought over some items that he cooked by himself.
Molly looked very different from that of the movie or story.
She looked more like Ginny in older version with good curves.
If she put on some make up and did some exercises then she should be perfect hot woman.
Well Vicky did not show his lecherous mind of the old assassin also his blood line is that of an incubus and love god.
So everything he sees and does was calculated like that.
Well he will deal about this matter in the future when his body is really becomes adult that is after the age of 18.
Till then he has to hold his thoughts and only make plans for the future.
Fred and George did not receive any scolding for taking the car to bring back harry like that in the movie.
Instead Vicky went to look at it and asked about it more.
He wants to understand the principle of this flying car.
But they don't know about that so he has to wait till Arthur Weasley arrives at him to look into the things.
Also Vicky met Ginny that ran down asking if molly see her jumper.
Only then did she notice Vicky and harry are here.
She became a deep fan of Vicky after she read the book that Vicky wrote and she was mesmerized by his charm.
On the top of his book Vicky put his smiling image to attract more audience.
So she was more into Vicky and did not even notice harry that is sitting beside Vicky.
She is cute when she widened her eyes.
"Hello Ginny"
She ran away like a rabbit.
Ron did not like this while Fred and George smiled along with molly.
"What happened?
Why did she run away?
Did I look scary to her?"
Vicky asked while Ron said with annoying face.
She has been talking about you all summer and it was annoying.
Originally it should be harry but now it was shifted to Vicky.
Vicky changed the topic saying that Fred and George should open a jokes shop in the future as they would be very successful.
Vicky even told them that if they ever want to do a business like that then he would fund them.
Of course Vicky was very decisive in money and agreement.
"Money is a bad thing that can divide families and friends.
So I always like to make agreements and noted thing before doing anything that related to money."
Vicky said seriously.
Even though Vicky said something about money seriously molly can understand as she knows that Vicky is an orphan.
Vicky managed everything that he has with his own money and earned everything from his own efforts from the face that his parents gave him.
He mentioned this in the book after thanking Yemaya for taking care of him.
Molly usually did not support the thoughts of Fred and George about their jokes and pranks.
But with Vicky's words she became confident in her sons has a talent in this matter.
Since she said a few words supporting Vicky's words that supported Fred and George, they became close to Vicky.
Right around that time Arthur came back from his work.
He don't know that Vicky and harry are coming as this was decided by molly.
When he sat along to have breakfast he asked both Vicky and harry who they are...…
