3 Ch 3 - Mind Arts

After my mind was unlocked I realized that I should try and call for a house elf so that I have better food and more time to practice.

"Any free house elves available"

I tried to lace my voice with magic as I said that and then there was a pop.

Minny: "Hellos little wizard my name is Minny. Yous be looking fors a house elf"

"Yes, thank you for coming Minny. Would you like to become my personal house elf"

Minny: "I would be delighted to young master"

I suddenly felt a connection to Minny after she said that and her complexation improved probably due to being tied to my magic.

That limited my available magic by half which leaves me at a dangerously low five percent.

"Ok Minny can you clear out a space below the ground and put a hidden trap door that only you and I can see in this cupboard. I also need you to get me three meals a day with the correct nutrition for my body. If you don't know you can go to the library and check some books on nutrition to see. I might also need you to pretend to be from time to time in front of the other people in this house"

Minny: "Yes little master"

With that I sat down and began to meditate and clear my mind.

I could feel that I could already interact with my mind but couldn't quite enter my mindscape so I started to build shields around my mind made of graphene carbon allotrope which is said to have a very high tensile strength and conduct energy very well.

With that in mind I though it could better conduct my magic and enhance my mind.

I soon realized that it worked as the more shields I created with the material the better flow of my magic when practicing occlumency.

This means that the creation of my shields only got faster and faster.

With this I already have superior shields to most wizards but I have to become a master before going to Hogwarts as that old goat will be constantly using legemenency on me so I have to make it look like I have no shields.

This means setting up fake memories and hiding away my shields and real memories.

After I finished setting up five layers of shields all around my mind I felt a gentle tug and found myself in a dark room with a bunch of balls of light floating around.

I already had a good idea of what I wanted to base my mindscape on but first I had to organize my memories.

I imagined the ghost vacuum from Luigi's mansion and started to suck up all the memories around me.

Before I could even get half done everything went black.

I woke up feeling groggy and realized that I must have used up all my magic yesterday.

It was a good thing I had Minny take my place with the Dursleys.

I told her to make an illusion for them to hit and beat and to never let them touch her as I knew the Dursley would continue to beat her and she would take it because that is how house elves are trained.

She brought me good food that she stile from grocery stores and farms which I think is hilarious.

The wizards are to lazy to grow there own food so they just have them steal from muggles.

Anyway I went back to meditating and tried to absorb some mana from the atmosphere to refill my mana core which actually seemed to work.

It seems my mana control talent works with my own magic and magic around me to some degree.

I soon tried to make it so that I would passively absorb mana from the atmosphere through breathing and exhale anything harmful.

It worked a bit too easy and I could see the mana flowing into me.

Instead of just my mana core I tried to direct the mana into the rest of my body as well to help me develop faster and maybe even heal me from all the broken bones and malnutrition.

I started to focus on the bones more carefully and they were shifting ever so slightly and straightening which is good.

It seems I will need some potions for my stunted growth though.

I handed Minny some rocks that I got from the backyard in a pillow case and told her to put that on the counter and take some nutrition potions from Diagon Alley.

I also told her to hide her mana and even to change her looks to look like a different elf.

She popped away and came back within ten seconds saying the stupid wizard didn't even check the bag or even look at her.

I had to agree that wizards are really stupid.

I guess that they assumed that someone who could afford a house elf wouldn't stoop to stealing potions.

I started to take the potions once a day and had Minny going to different places within Diagon Alley to get them.

I'll have to get some money or someone will eventually catch on.

I went back into my mindscape and with my new breathing technique I was able to collect all of my memories into the vacuum.

I imagined a usb cord and a socket in the vacuum as well as a windows surface laptop.

The laptop took almost all of my magic.

It seems that the better understanding I have of certain objects the less mana is needed to will them into my mindscape.
