The whole wizengamot especially the light and grey side were having a hard time believing that an 8-year-old child was abused so much as Balthazar seriously said"As you can see these muggles didn't like people like us. They made sure to try and beat it out of the 8-year-old boy. The interesting thing was they told us Harry potter was left on their doorsteps in December with just a letter."

Augusta Longbottom in disbelief asked, "You are telling me they left a baby on someone's doorsteps in December. Who did all this?"Balthazar pointed at dumbledore and said"Mr. Dumbledore would you like to tell the wizengamot about how you left baby Harry potter on the doorsteps of the Dursleys."

Dumbledore quickly explained, "Harry Potter was safe at the Dursleys as there were blood wards on their home ."Balthazar glared at Dumbledore and said"Blood wards are illegal and it harms the one who is charging it. Please tell me you didn't check on the boy till now."

Dumbledore couldn't say anything as Balthazar continued "Also Dumbledore we found many people who noticed Harry's injuries moved away from their or anyone who tried to complain the Dursleys to the police had their memories obliviated. "

The many members in the light faction were having a hard time believing their leader is responsible for these things. The grey faction has long since known Dumbledore is not as light as he is portrayed and the dark side was happy and scared. They were happy for the fact Dumbledore is getting ripped apart and scared because Harry Potter is now under Lord Blake who is a Merlinean. Balthazar didn't air out all Dumbledore's full dirty laundry as he decided to destroy Dumbledore's reputation slowly.

Dumbledore used his full grandfather persona and said"Member of the Wizegmot you must understand.I did it for Mr.Potter's safety."Balthazar cut in"His safety the child was emotionally and physically abused do you have any idea what he has been through also he thought his parents were no good drunks."Some of the people who knew James and Lily Potter were greatly angered by this. Even some of the members in the dark faction who were forced to join by their family knew the Potter's they respected their power and ability.

Balthazar took a deep breath and said"You know when I went to Gringotts I heard something interesting when I unsealed James and Lily Potter's will."This got many people's attention but Dumbledore tried to stop it by saying"As Harry's magical guardian you cannot unseal their will without my permission."

Balthazar laughed and replied, "Because how you not only caused great physical and mental damage to your ward the goblins have removed you off that position, and now both I and Lady Gorloisen are his guardians."

Dumbledore was shocked he couldn't say anything as the will was soon revealed to everyone. When it was opened to everyone and ghostlike translucent image of James and Lily Potter floated in front of everyone as James spoke"This the last will of James and Lily Potter nee Evans.

Lily had smacked James on back of his head as she glared at him then smiled and said"Ignore your father sweetheart I hope you find the person you love just like I found your father. Also under no circumstances should you go to my sister and her family you will stay with your sworn godfather Sirius Black."

Lily sighed and said"Ohh my beautiful little boy how I wish I was there with you."

The whole chamber was silent for a while then let's just say all hell broke loose as the fact Sirius Black was not the secret keeper of Potter's also Peter Pettigrew was the secret keeper. Amelia bones was angry about the injustice done to Black as he was quickly brought from Azkaban as Lucius Malfoy was giving Fudge look's telling him to stop this but the poor fool couldn't do anything. Also at end of the trial revealed something great the will was witnessed by Albus Dumbledore himself.

Amelia glared at Dumbledore and questioned"Dumbledore you knew Sirius Black is innocent and you even went far as to seal the will. What are you playing here Dumbledore?"

Sirius was soon brought with Aurors holding him his eyes were looking around frantically searching for someone he knew but none was there if you discount Dumbledore as Amelia came forward and said"Sirius Orion Black you are charged with the murder of Peter Pettigrew and betraying the Potter's to the dark lord."

Sirius in anger shouted, "About bloody time not guilty, I will never betray James and Lily."This alone brought chaos in the chamber as Fudge tried to bring order back it was Amelia who brought it.

Balthazar looked at all the members of the Wizengmont and spoke"As you can see Sirius Black is the Sworn godfather of Harry Potter which means he can never hurt Mr. Potter at all.If everyone still has doubt I am sure Lord Black here will take versetrium to prove his innocence ."

Dumbledore objected with his grandfather persona "I hardly think it is necessary...."Balthazar cut in"I think it is necessary as we should let everyone know what really happened that night."

Sirius yelled, "Yes I will take versetrium."Amelia bones agreed as truth serum was administered and Amelia started questioning Sirius about what happened that night. Sirius recounted everything how he had felt something a miss and went to peters house only to find him not there also there were no signs of struggle as he soon figured out something was wrong as he went to Godric's hollow only to find the door blasted and the dead body of James. While he told everyone how he saw Hagrid coming downstairs with Harry in his arms. Sirius even told everyone how Hagrid had refused to give up Harry saying that he was ordered by Dumbledore.
