Pregnant?

Some weeks later, Lily had feld the last week nauseous in the mornings and didn't really wanted to think what that could possible mean.

L: "Love, I have to tell you something verry important."

J: "Yes, Lily, what is it?"

L: "I might be pregnant, you know ... from that night."

J: "..." "Lily, it doesn't matter. I already forgave you and we were looking for ways to have a kid, we already knew that the kid couldn't be mine biologically, but I can blood adopt him or her. So it doesn't matter."

L: "You don't mind?"

J: "Lily, dear, I really don't mind, really. When I blood adopt the kid it will be mine too."

J: "Okey, we will do that, but first we should make sure that I'm actually pregnant and are we going to tell the truth to our friends?"

J: "No, I think it's best if this stays between us at least till the kid is grown up."

Later at the hospital it's confirmed that she really is pregnant, so they return to their Home, were they find a letter on the tabel, that wasn't there when they left. As they look at the strange letter they see that it's directed to them.

L: "Oh, it's for us."

J: "Go on and read it."

L: "Okay, here I go:"

What is written in the letter?

Will there be informations?
