141 Chapter 141: Punishment

"Oh, disgusting, but I won't forgive you like this," Alaric sneered, waving his wand lightly, and immediately the wand of Dawlish flew into his hand.

"Stop!"

"What do you want to do?"

"You wouldn't..."

The Aurors tried to stop Alaric, but it was too late. Alaric snapped Dawlish's wand into two pieces.

"Ollivander will definitely thank me," Alaric looked faintly at the Aurors in front of him, warning, "Who else wants to challenge me?

I don't think Ollivander would mind selling a few more wands."

The Aurors shivered.

The boy in front of them had just buried nearly a dozen of them alive with ease, and now he casually snatched a wand from a well-trained Auror.

His combat power was probably only surpassed by Dumbledore and the Dark Lord.

"What are you waiting for... ugh—" Dawlish squatted on the ground, clutching his stomach, while spitting out slugs from his mouth, growling softly.

"Quick, subdue this arsonist, or can you bear that responsibility? Ugh—"

Another fist-sized slug spewed from his throat.

The Aurors hesitated for a moment, then raised their wands again, aiming at Alaric.

"Have you made up your mind?" Alaric sneered, "Looks like Ollivander is destined to make some money."

Seemingly provoked by his arrogance, an Auror shouted, "Let's go! Surround him!"

So the Aurors dispersed around Alaric and simultaneously attacked. Dozens of curses flew towards Alaric from different angles.

But Alaric repeated his old tricks, using only his wand and cloak to block or deflect the attacks completely.

Since the Aurors were surrounding him, he precisely redirected these curses towards other Aurors nearby, forcing them to defend against their own spells while attacking.

While Alaric remained entirely defensive, he managed to suppress all his enemies.

What a terrifying skill.

A shadow of doubt crept into the Aurors' hearts.

Can we really defeat this boy in front of us?

"No!" one of the Aurors shouted fiercely, "Normal curses are useless against him. Use the Unforgivable Curses."

Others looked at each other, determined.

They no longer sought to subdue Alaric with ordinary curses but decided to defeat him with powerful Unforgivable Curses.

For the Aurors, this was already a serious offense—using Unforgivable Curses against a wizard who hadn't been convicted, and he was still underage.

Once again, the Aurors chanted powerful curses at Alaric, all Unforgivable Curses that couldn't be easily blocked.

However, Alaric remained calm and composed, not even changing his expression.

As the Unforgivable Curses were about to hit, he simply wrapped his cloak around him, and in an instant, he disappeared from where he stood.

The next moment, he reappeared behind the Aurors—it was an advanced form of Apparition, sacrificing distance for faster spellcasting, akin to instant movement.

Before the Aurors could react, Alaric pointed his wand at them, chanting a spell they had never heard of.

Immediately, they were astonished to find themselves unable to stand firm on the ground.

Everyone floated weightlessly, their feet leaving the ground, suspended in mid-air.

But this weightlessness didn't make the Aurors panic.

They struggled to turn around, trying to cast spells to disrupt Alaric.

However, being airborne, they had nowhere to leverage, unable to change their direction or position. They ended up floating helplessly like targets, unable to move.

Moreover, unable to turn around, their angles for casting spells were limited, greatly reducing the number of spells they could cast at Alaric simultaneously.

"Now, it's my turn to surround you," Alaric looked arrogantly at the Aurors, then began to stroll around them.

As he walked, he cast stunning spells at the Aurors, rendering them motionless.

They hung in the air like targets, forced to use Shield Charms to defend themselves.

But with prolonged defense, they eventually could only watch helplessly as one by one they were knocked unconscious by Alaric and fell to the ground.

Some Aurors continued to struggle, attempting to cast various spells at Alaric, but due to the inability to coordinate, the low density of fire, and their agility, none of these spells could hit Alaric.

He was like taking a leisurely walk amidst a hail of bullets. Alaric only adjusted his speed, and the attacks from the Aurors brushed past him.

When confronted with individual spells that were difficult to dodge, his body would suddenly accelerate, appearing to move several times faster for a short period, causing all spells to miss.

In less than ten minutes, these targets were all taken down, leaving only Proudfoot sitting on the ground, dumbfounded.

He couldn't believe that dozens of well-trained Aurors had been defeated by a fourteen-year-old boy from Hogwarts.

In the recent battle, the magic used by the boy opened his eyes.

First, a form of Apparition similar to illusion and space movement, then a spell resembling Levitation Charm to control them, and finally, a form of time magic while evading attacks.

He was truly a master of magic. How could the Ministry provoke such a person?

Alaric nodded in satisfaction, then gestured with his left hand, and all the wands on the ground flew into his hand.

With a little force, the wands snapped, leaving only Proudfoot's wand intact in his hand.

Alaric looked at the unconscious Aurors on the ground, threw the wand fragments away, then used Proudfoot's wand to perform a delicate Transfiguration on the fragments.

The wand fragments immediately turned into ropes, tying up all the unconscious Aurors, and then hung them from the ceiling.

Finally, he looked at Dawlish.

This Auror...

He was the one who initiated the conflict this time, and after being spared once again, he provoked trouble again.

How could someone like this be spared?

So Alaric cast a complex Transfiguration on him, turning him into a small toad, and then cast a Forgetfulness Charm on him.

After that, he went to the Ministry of Magic's washroom and flushed the toad down the toilet.

This way, Dawlish would live in the sewers with a new identity.

Since he had been affected by the Forgetfulness Charm, he would only have memories of being a toad in the future.

Even if the Ministry of Magic found him in the complicated London sewers, or if the Transfiguration on him wore off and he returned to his original form, he would only think of himself as a true toad.
