"That's a loaded question." Carissa laughed and checked the time on her cell phone. 5:45 p.m.

Only fifteen minutes until the meeting started, and she wasn't sure that was enough time to tell Georgia Rose everything. Besides, Mallory favored punctuality, and Carissa had already been MIA for an entire weekend. She didn't want to push her luck and risk not getting into the sorority.

"Long story short, she has a crazy ex-boyfriend stalking her," Tiffany said.
