Laughing, she playfully smacked him. "That shit doesn't work anymore now that you're my boyfriend."
He raised a brow and grinned. "So because I've been promoted to boyfriend, I now have to do whatever you want just because you say so?"
"Yeah, isn't that how this works?" Her eyes brightened and sparkled.
"No." He laughed. "But if you ask really nicely, I'll probably say yes."
Carissa toed off her shoes, then scooted farther onto the bed. She hugged her knees to her chest. "Bradley, will you pretty please take a nap with me?" She batted her eyelashes and stuck out her bottom lip in a sexy pout.
He groaned. "I'm so fucked," he muttered under his breath, earning a light, breathy laugh from Carissa.
