CHAPTER 4

"Harley?" Ivy said as she waved her hand in front of her face.

"Ahh!" Harley jumped. "What are you doing? Try-in to give me a heart attack?!" She snapped out of it.

"You were zoning out." Ivy crossed her arms.

"Whatever. So why are you here? Don't tell me you were being a pervert!" Harley pointed at her.

"I came to tell you to watch out next time. You owe me. I saved you twice already." Ivy exclaimed.

"Yeah, yeah. So, what do you want? Gold? Money?" Harley asked.

"No. But I just wanted to remind you that for the future." Ivy turned to leave.

"Wait. That can't be the only reason you came here. There's gotta be something else."

Ivy turned back around and stepped a little closer.

"Why? Did you want there to be something else?" She asked.

"I-I just thought that you would be here longer. That's all. Besides, I don't even want you here!"

"Really? Why is that?"

"B-because! You're mean to me." She looked away from Ivy.

"Why do you care if I'm mean to you? You're Harley Quinn. You only care about the opinions of people who you want to impress."

"I don't want to impress anyone! I just... I just don't like being treated like some kid!" Harley yelled.

"Then stop acting like one." Ivy raised an eyebrow.

Harley started to hum a toon. She plugged in her hears.

"I can't hear you." She closed her eyes and started to hum louder. When she looked to see what Ivy was doing, she was gone.

Harley sighed. Her eyes filled with sadness. She felt so lonely. All she wanted was to be loved but all she had was her two hyenas.

Back in the bat cave, Bruce was still working.

"Master Wayne, you're still up. Sir, it's so late don't you need to rest?" Alfred asked.

"I'm fine, Alfred. You should get some sleep."

"But, sir-"

"Alfred, I really don't have time for this." Bruce interrupted.

Alfred hesitated. "Of course, sir." He walked away.

For about twenty more minutes he continued to work.

Then he found something. It was Harley Quinn. He hacked the camera footage and found where she was headed.

So he had a prime area of where she could be. Now all he needed to do was find where that was...

He put his mask on and prepared what he needed.

Then he used his Bat Mobile and put it on flight mode.

He looked down at the city as he was heading towards the locations. It was calm.

Once he got to the area their were about five possible locations she could be at. He needed to search each one until he found her.

But, as he was about to land he heard a familiar laugh. It was The Joker!
