5 Chapter 5

Taking a seat on one of the living room couches after a good meal felt like heaven and for a few minutes I just let myself relax. The couch felt somehow even better than I remembered and if I hadn't had things to do then might have fallen asleep right then and there.

"You look happy," Eudoxia noted as she took a seat beside me.

"What's not to be happy about." I smiled. "I've got my own world, a system, and a beautiful woman to share it with."

"How charming," Eudoxia replied with a chuckle. "Now I think it's time you used your tickets unless you want to wait?"

"Don't see a reason to," I said as I willed my status to open.

"So let me get this straight, the P-Tickets are for powers while the H-tickers are for companions?" I asked. "Is that correct?"

"It is," Eudoxia replied. "Just think about using them and the rest will happen by itself."

"Is there anything else I should be aware of?"

Eudoxia thought about it for a second before she shook her head. "Not really, although the level of powers you can gain is limited, though they will grow as you grow."

"So no godlike power right our the bat?"

She shook her head. "I'm afraid not, but hey wouldn't that make things too easy?"

"I guess," I said. "But i mean I could do with that type of power especially since I'm going to have to fight the other Weidler eventually."

"That's a while away," Eudoxia explained. "You have time."

I suppose she was right. I focused on my P-Ticket first and simply thought about using it. There was an odd tingling feeling that ran through my body, similar to the one I'd felt when the light had first touched me in my room. It faded quickly and then a transparent screen appeared in front of me.

"Is that it?" I asked as an odd feeling washed over my body followed by a rush of information. The next thing I knew, the knowledge of the fruit and what it allowed me to do, was in my head.

"So what did you get?" Eudoxia asked.

I slowly raised a hand then focused. As I did my finger transformed into a steel blade and I marveled at it. I tried to move it, but couldn't and I remembered that once I'd turned a part of my body into a blade I couldn't move it like a normal limb anymore.

I'd just gotten the Supa-Supa no mi or as I knew it the dice-dice fruit. A devil fruit from the anime, one piece. The devil fruits are mysterious and distinctive edible fruits that granted the person who took a bite from one, power, but also made them unable to swim, and when in water they would sink like a heavy stone. They are three primary types of devil fruits and I'd gotten a paramecia type fruit that allowed me to turn almost any part of my body into steel blades, essentially making me a living weapon.

Although did I get the weakness with it? I guess the only way I'd find out would be to test it, but that would come later.

"It's a power that lets me turn parts of my body into sharp steel blades," I explained to Eudoixa as I turned the lower half of my forearm into a blade and swung it around.

"Very useful."

"I suppose," I replied. In all honesty, there were plenty of other devil fruits I would have preferred and other powers I would have liked to have, but this wasn't bad. I mean who else could say they had a literal devil fruit ability. No one, but me, and it's not like this would be the only power I got. It would be very useful in dangerous situations since I would always have a weapon on me and I could use it as a defense as well. All in all, it wasn't bad and I could have gotten much worse like a shitty quirk then I would have really been screwed if I ended up in a dangerous world.

I played around with the power for a bit, and almost ended up accidentally cutting my pants when I changed my entire right leg into a blade. Eventually, a loud cough from Eudoxia tore me from my moment.

"Oh yeah, the other ticket."

I put all my blades away, turned my body back to normal then focused on my other tickets. I didn't really know what I wanted for this one. There were hundreds of female characters that could prove useful in many, many situations, some of which I tried not to think about.

This time there was a bright flash of light and I shielded my eyes. As the light faded and I turned to see who was there, my jaw almost hit the floor.

I could only stare in shock as the beautiful redhead blinked and slowly turned her head around to inspect her surroundings. Her eyes eventually landed on me and she smiled as she took a few steps forward.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, master David," she greeted. "I look forward to fighting alongside you."

I nodded in return, unable to take my eyes off her. "Nice to meet you too."

It was so odd, seeing her in real life. In the anime, she was, well, just an animation, and although I'd seen art of her in more detail, that was nothing like this. She looked real, no she was real. Her red hair somehow looked both odd, yet also natural at the same time. Her eyes, nose, lips, ears, were all human and normal looking, actually, they were all quite pretty, not that I expected anything less. Her brown eyes and long scarlet hair were a sight to behold.

She was a lot smaller than I expected. She seemed around five foot six and was adorned in her most common outfit from the anime. A set of armor and clothing thas consisted of a blue skirt, chest plate, greaves and gauntlets, and blue knee night boots. It was the classic Erza look and well from everything I could see I assumed it was her from near the beginning of the series or was I wrong?

I opened up the status and moved down to her name which was now listed under the Companions tab. I focused on the plus sign and after a quick check, I confirmed that this was the Erza from the start of the series, though if what Eudoxia had said was true, this was essentially a system construct with her features and body, but only an echo of her personality. It would be up to me and her to find out what type of person she truly was.

"Well, not bad at all," Eduxia noted as she looked the scarlet-haired warrior up and down. "I assume you familiar with how to use a blade?"

I scoffed. "That's putting it mildly. She is an S-class wizard and a master of re-equip magic among other things. She is extremely skilled in many types of combat."

Erza smiled at my words. "I am indeed, and you are?" She turned her gaze to Eudoixa.

"Eudoxia. You could say I'm David's assistant? Helper? Something like that."

I leaned back as I watched the two converse, and for the fifth time, I pinched myself. No, I wasn't dreaming. I really did have two beautiful women, one of which was an anime character, talking in a house that I'd never thought I'd see again.

"David?"

I shook my head and turned to see Eduoxia staring at me. "Erza wants to know if you have any baked treats or cake?"

I nodded. "I think so, erm, probably in the pantry."

"Ok then." Eudoxia turned back to Erza. "We can get you something to eat then plan you and Masters's first trip."

Without another word the two left the living room and headed towards the kitchen. I stared after them for a long moment before I shook my head and got up to follow them.

This day just kept getting crazier and crazier.
