CHAPTER-7

Next day ...Amanda's room ....

Amanda packed everything. she was waiting for Melvin to drop her of in the Airport. She felt suffocated leaving Country X. It was the first time that she feel that way. Amanda was totally out of world.

Doorbell ranged....

Amanda, "You've arrived Melvin! It was early then I expected!"she asked. She opened the door, it's not Melvin but CEO Albert Josh. She was too stunned to speak. She couldn't believe her eyes , so she closed the door.

Amanda thought that she was imagining things, and went back to room. Amanda rolled herself in a blanket and got too embarrassed about her imagination.

Doorbell ringing..... ring..ring...

Amanda got too worked up and flustered to open the door. She calmed her down and murmerd in a husky voice," This must be Melvin!" . She opened door carefully....

Badump... Badump... Badump.....

Her heart went crazy after seeing Albert. She couldn't bring herself to believe that, so she pinched his nose. It turned red and tears rolled over Albert's cheek, but he didn't make any noise . since he needs to maintain his cool. She realize it after Assistant Ash arrived there . Amanda was glad but also concerned.

She invited them in,and asked them to take a seat. Amanda went to bring drinks for them to drink. She felt surreal about the situation. She served them some fresh juice and sat beside him. Amanda stared him enough that Albert himself felt shy. His face turned pink and he starts sweating. Albert, " Did you get enough from staring!" his bold voice snapped her to reality. Amanda , "Why is your face red! Are you not feeling well!" she checked on him with her hand. Albert, "I..Am fine! Don't bother with this!" he avoided her.

He asked, " Which time are you departing? Did your friend not coming?". Amanda, " Within

2-hours. Melvin is on the way here." Albert,

" Do you not going to coming back? Reconsider my words and it we're all from my heart." he said .

Amanda, " I am not sure! It's up to my mom! And also I had thought it through. It's still impossible for us! " said in sad voice.

Amanda, " Why are roaming around instead of resting! Did you got tired of living!" Amanda popped up in anger. Albert replied with a smirk, " I have enough strength to live and work for few more years. So, don't worry about me". Amanda, " Who is worried about you!

I am just concerned for Alvin and Aleena."

Albert smiled hearing that. They talked for a while...

Doorbell rang once again...

Amanda opened the door ,saw Melvin. Seeing Albert and Ash, Melvin rushed in and shouted, "Why did he came? Is it not enough to made you cry! Or is he plotting something again? " furiously. Amanda made him sit and gave him a drink to cool him down.

She said, "He was just visiting me and here to bid me farewell!.."

Melvin, " Something came up so it was delayed. Since I came now let's leave!" he urged her. Melvin took all her stuff and asked her to come down quickly. Ash helped him with the stuff. He was thankful but didn't want to say so he just grabbed him a drink. Ash smiled at Melvin, and greeted him. Even though he hate it, he wants to give them some space.

Meantime In the room....

Amanda, "Mm...I am leaving! You should leave too!" she turned to leave.

Albert suddenly hugged her from the back and told, " Amanda, I asking you one last time, Pls think about what I said. I know it's insane for me to ask you marry me. Since we barely know each other. But I really want to know you, My heart only recognized you! I will be waiting for you!...."

Amanda was touched by his lines, but she didn't reply. Amanda tried to release her from his hug but Albert turned her head and kissed her lips gently. Amanda couldn't resist that. Instead she liked it. But Amanda snapped out, pushed him and ran out. Her face was red and she fell hot. But she also hurt after leaving the room. Amanda can't stand it and went down to the car.

Albert's was dejected that he couldn't make her stay. He saw them leaving from the window with the pain. It felt like needles peircing through heart. He felt dizzy and collapsed, Ash run to him and took him to the hospital.

Amanda cried the whole time until the journey. Melvin calmed her down and accompanied her through her journey.

Amanda couldn't forgot about Albert, it was hard for her to live like before. She tried all she can to forget about Country - X and Josh family.

After discharged from hospital Albert continued his work. And also he kept himself busy to forget about Amanda.

Alina and Alwin also didn't speak about Amanda which will disturb their brother.

After a year.....

Josh corporation met a issue, where it urged Albert Josh to get married. Only after getting married he can solve the issue.

Albert was so stressed out and it reminded him about Amanda. He was dejected and went to a bar. He drank until get drunk.

Albert drived his car drunk. When he was was driving home he saw a girl walking pass his car. And it seems like Amanda, Albert was confused and followed her. When Amanda crossed the road, he also turned his car. But, there was truck driving in full speed crashed with his car.*Bam!

For a minute everyone was stunned by this unexpected accident. Albert was severely wounded and he was losing his conscious.

His eyes were losing control and closing.

Someone called his name "CEO Albert!....Albert... open your eyes!" he slowly opened his eyes but the vision is blurry.

A girl was calling his name, And she was crying laid him in her lap. Her tears rolled down on Albert's face and for a minute he vision was clear. And that girl was Amanda,

Yes she was Amanda. Albert was happy despite his condition, he collapsed after called her name mildly. And soon the Ambulance arrived and took Albert to the hospital.
