Oh! Come on! Just one thing after another.

How tiresome.

How unlucky.

I really wanted to freaking take at least a breather or get things over soon asap.

I can't even get to celebrate and rejoice that I'm back to being a human again!

My stamina is draining fast along with my HP.

I can't still believe that it is only one day and so many things are happening at once.

"Arghhh! Just what did you do to make that guy there, go berserk?!" I yelled as I dodged the incoming dark fire energy balls.

Though I really know that base on the novel. Why this guy here with scar-face is oozing with huge dark and red energy and purely angry. But still, I want to scream my frustrations out, or else I will really go nuts now.

"I just tease him a little. I didn't know that he easily got annoyed like that and take everything seriously fast." Rey said as he landed beside me.

'Tease. You just freaking called that a little tease! Ah! why all the people I encounter are nuts!'

"And by the way, I'd been meaning to ask, who are you?" He added.

"I'm..."

*Boom!*

We both jumped sideways as Albert fired his dark energy balls at our location.

*Boogsh!* It destroyed everything it hits.

The whole place was now in complete wreckage and shambles. I couldn't even find any ounce of this place being a mansion when I arrived here.

"Let's talk later! After we survived this!"

I shouted.

[Artistry Art of Weaponry has been activated.]

"Quick Dash!" Now I could see where my triple level ups from before would lead me as I didn't get a chance to used it when I became a dog before.

I instantly disappeared in my place and quickly appeared in front of Albert.

I raised my left hand and swung it down towards him.

*Fwoosh!*

Albert blocked it with his iron knuckles. But I immediately followed it up with my right blade that swung from the sideways.

*Slam!*

*Slash!*

It caught Albert surprised and I manage to inflict a wound on his right side stomach.

"Arghhh." He hissed as he tried to kick me with his left foot but I avoided it by jumping a few meters away.

Then as Albert is focused on me, Rey used this chance to sneak behind him and attacked him with his Everlast sword. Rey raised his sword and swung it down fast. But Albert being fueled with rage more now, suddenly release a huge wave of dark energy.

"Argh! How dare mere ants hurt me?!" He screamed.

[Albert release the skill <Wave of the dark monarch>!]

<<I can't avoid this!>> Rey thought and crossed his arms to shield himself a little from the wave. But it was no used.

*Boogsh!*

*Thud!*

Rey was thrown out as he got directly hit by the unexpected release of the wave. He fell on some debris and it created a huge smoke of dust particles around.

I also crossed both of my arms with my blades in front of me. So that it would absorb the shock wave and defend myself from it. But it had a wide range that it still inflicted damages to me.

"Arghhh." I hissed. I could feel the pain of different grazes and wounds inflicted on my body. It's like you are being burned very slowly due to the scorching heat energy caused by the wave.

My light blue jacket has also some burn holes on it now. 'Aishhh. This is even my favorite one. I should try patching it up later well that of course if I'm still alive.'

This guy here was too strong.

Just what is this? I'm already level 27 and I can't still completely see this guy's level.

Now I know why Rey almost died in this place from the story.

He seriously provoked a very-very dangerous enemy! Just what is this guy level that it is very hard to defeat him?!

I should have been more overcautious like Seiya from the 'Overcautious hero'.

After a minute or I don't really know how much time is it. Since I felt that it's so long already. The waves of black energy is finally over. I slumped on my knees as I tried to catch my breath. My body was already hurting all over the place.

"Since an ant like you manage to inflict a scratch on me, I could reward you a very slow and agonizing death."

Albert said as he is already in front of me.

'How is that reward? Hah. Villains do really have their way to sound very cruel at each of their words.'

I wiped the blood on my mouth and take a look at him. King Albert is Rapunzel's husband, he looked handsome. The long scar on his face didn't really much minimize it but only added more to his allure. That scar was done by yours truly, Argaux Grimm on his first arrival on Earth. Well, I would tell you that the other time. Since my life was on the line here.

I need to buy time nowhere. If I remember correctly Rey got a plan readied for this event.

||| "Young man, do you think this plan could work?" Evelyn asked.

"Yes." Rey said firmly.

"This plan must succeed at all cost. So that everyone in that place would be finally free. And you know how this means to your daughter."

"Then I will do as you said," Evelyn said. -J.O.E|||

"Arghhh!" Albert held up my neck firmly. He raised me up to the point where my feet couldn't touch the ground anymore and was now on his face level.

'Why is Evelyn not here yet? Rey was already knocked out. Or, wait did he got knock out too early. In the Journey of End after he got severely wounded, just before Albert could kill him Evelyn appeared and protected Rey. And they had an intense fight.'

'Then is it really still early? Since I arrived here unexpectedly, did it change the flow of the event?'

'This is not good. What would happen to me now? Am I going to die this time?'

My hands felt numb. My two blades slips and fall to the ground. I felt so very weak now. But still, I will not give up! I tried to raise my hands and held Albert's arms who was choking me now to death. I tried to budge it off but he held it firmly.

What should I do now?

"Argh!"

*Boogsh!*

Then, I was thrown to the ground very hard.

*Cough! Cough!*

I almost choked there but it is still not over as Albert raised his arms forming a fist on it, black mist of energy is starting to swirl around it.

'My blades, I needed my blades. I tried to look up and find my blades.' It was far away from me.

I used all my strength to crawled towards it since I can't stand it now. Painful, my body is very painful.

But I must survive! I will live!

"Oh. You are trying to get your blades. Hahaha!" Albert kicked it out and it flew from a much farther place.

No! I continue to crawl more but he stepped on my right foot. And felt that my tibia was shattered and broke with that.

"Ahhh!" I couldn't help but scream in pain.

"Now be reduced to ashes! Ant!" 

'Hey- I thought your going to kill me slowly! This is too fast.' I thought as I endured the pain more.

[Albert is commencing the Iron Fist Blast!]

The screen popped out in front of me.

This doesn't look good. I tried to struggle more and reach my blade. But I know it's impossible now. I felt so helpless and weak.

"Someone! " I shouted.

huh?

"Anyone! Help me!" I screamed more.

What?

"Please! Save me!"

Hah? Did I really just shouted that now? Did I want to be saved? Someone? Anyone? Pathetic so pathetic. You don't have anyone Via, they all left you already. Did you forget all of that?

You.Are.Alone.

I forced myself to face upfront so that I could see the starry night sky.

Albert raised his fist high up! And like those cliche tropes, before the main character died, everything just moved in slow motion now.

'So this is how it really works before your end. Ah, that's right, I still have my items. But it will all be useless now. I can't move my body even an inch now.'

It's funny to admit that I'm one of those who thought they become something else in this time. Just because I read everything that would happen. 'But in reality, I'm just really a nobody here who isn't part of this story.'

I hope I really inflicted some changes. Rey, I'll leave it up to you, save Jessica and the kids no matter what. And have no regrets anymore. Though you still don't know me literally but is that really matter now?

"Do you have any last words?" Albert said coldly.

'I'm tired of being left out and now I'm the one who is leaving without anyone to remember or mourn for me.' But I guess this end would also be better. I slowly opened my mouth.

"Damn you and your wife..." I said while forming a smirk on my face. Yup, just kill me already.

"You!" Albert's face that was already somewhat calm where enrage more again. He launched his fist straight at me. 'Aren't you even curious that I'm saying your wife this and that? I thought it could prolong my life saying that. But...I guess this guy here was too angry now to comprehend anything. Then this must be it now.

Just before it hits me, I finally manage to squeeze out my last words fast.

"Everything is not your fault, tell that to your wife too." After all, you lots were just trying to survive from the cruel fate given to you. And choose this so you could protect those you care so much.

Protect them. Yeah, right.

Because more than anything, the feeling of losing someone you cared the most was something I'm really familiar with. And I tell you it's terribly hurtful and at the same time tiresome.

"What are you speaking?" Albert face suddenly shown confusion but it was now too late.

'Ah. The stars are strangely pretty today.'

I slowly closed my eyes after looking at the starry night sky. His fist closed in and finally hit me with all the accumulated power it got.
