1 Supposedly A Happy Day

'Happiness'

Sounds like a lovely word. But is it really as wonderful as it sounds, than the answer would be know. It may sound like a wonderful word and seem like a nice goal to work to. But it is not.

You might ask " why? It sounds like a perfectly nice and sweet word. " Than hear me out on this,

" Have you truly seen a happy person? "

You might say " Yes, I have."

But I am hundred percent sure on this that your answers would be as shallow as this one. If you say that,

"My family is a happy family."

Than let me ask you,

"How do you know that it is a happy family?"

Did your mother told you that she is the happiest person alive, if she really did say that so,

" were her eyes smiling?"

I am sure that you are a fool who does not look too deep in such matters. Or you just ignore that matter altogether. Ever wondered that maybe she is not as happy as she shows it to be. Maybe she is saying that because she needs emotional support or maybe she is trying to reassure herself that she is happy completely closing off the fact that she is not happy.

Or did your father ever say that,

" I am so happy to have such a wonderful family."

He might have said that, But same again are you sure that he is happy.

Than let us talk about you, You might say that,

" I am happy. "

But at the same time there are many things that are bothering you in your daily life.

The reason why in my view happiness is a shallow word because it "Never Stays" it is just a moment. When it is that moment you would feel like you own the world, but just as that moment ends, life becomes even scarier than hell itself.

And in the society that we are living in it is easier to get sad and unhappy or broken than actually being happy. people spend all of there life just to get this happiness, but they are never truly satisfied. We live in a society where we are fuelled by desires and greed.

One time you would be happy that you have a latest brand of mobile phone but than when you see someone else with even better phone than yours than you get envious and desire to get a better version than that.

You easily get hooked up with trending outfits but once you miss it you get easily sad.

You keep ideals but are you sure that the people you idealise are actually the same as they are in front of you.

A human being is a weird and complex species on this planet, Because they know how to show emotions and they know how to express thoughts and also they can easily get influenced by these emotions.

You might say that the above given examples are materialistic, and I am not materialistic I don't care about money and jewels.

But I deny about that. Everyone is materialistic. There are just different degrees. You might not care about money and jewels but right now you might be waiting for new updates for a novel, Or there is that snack that you want to eat but you don't have the money to buy it because you used it to buy a most stupid things, Or if not a snack than maybe a field trip you missed because you were punished for getting a B or C if not that than F in your exam. ( you will understand the B part if you are an Asian .)

And than there would always be that group that says that every person has the right to pursue happiness. Than let me break it to you honey there are some people who get happy by taking drugs and I am sorry that I have to shove this reality to your face that "YOUR COMMENT IS NOT HELPING". Think about those people who started to drug just because this internet copy paste comment of yours.

You might be wondering why I am talking about this stuff right,

I worked my ass off in college because I was pursuing that so called happiness, And " IT WAS " focus on the past tense SUPPOSEDLY A HAPPY DAY. I was graduating this day but what happened.

After I went home that same day and planned to celebrate my graduation and also the day where I was hired as a permanent employee in the company I joined as an intern, This stupid piece of s*** decided that it was good day to rob and kill someone near my house. Of course I ended up seeing him dispose off that body because that dude was doing that in the trash area of my apartment building. I ended up dying.

Dang that happiness of mine was short lived....
