Chapter 34: Be careful for what you wish for

October 5, 7:24 AM. Kaiser Wilhelm Church basement

The device on Hanna's chest popped off. 'Treatment finished. Patient stabilized.' It floated in the air, above her. Viktor picked it up and put it away. Hanna's chest went up and down for the first time since he entered the room. He asked for Marge to clean Hanna's body. 

She started wiping the blood with a white towel. She wrung the towel halfway through the cleaning. Hanna's eyes were closed, but whenever marge wiped the sides of Hanna's chest, she would contort her face a little. Marge found it a little amusing, but she focused on cleaning the little girl's body. It took her ten minutes to finish.
