"That is the first thing you have to say to me?" He asked.

The prince glanced over at him, and this time, he refused to look away.

"After all that, you decide teasing me is the best course of action. The least you could've done was prepare me."

"I have already told you," Heiko sighed, looking away. It was a bit gratifying, as iniquitous as that ultimately made Cele feel, that it was the prince's turn to experience a sense of guilt. "I knew how you would react. You would've tried to convince me that it wasn't worth it, being a Muse. You would've... pointed out the irony of such a test. The hypocrisy."
