"hmmm, how interesting" author said as he held one hand under his chin in a thinking position.

"what is it my love?" violet asked as she was leaned on the throne, with her hand on the back of authors head.

"ain't their nothing for you to do in the eastern border" he asked as he was annoyed by the womans presence.

"my men are capable of protecting themselves against whatever threat is to be brought to the kingdom" she said with her chin up, she had lot of trust in her beastmen, unlike author she trained each and every one of her men to the peak at which they can be brought, in the beastmen kingdom she is known as eastern mother, for she cares and trains her beastmen as if they were her own children.

"besides we have already formed an alliance with the troll kingdom Asal, their is no need for us to worry about an attack from the elves through my eastern borders" Asal was a minor kingdom ruled by a knight that is said to be in the rank of hundreds, this is why the kingdom still thrive, as even if he was the only man in his kingdom, their would not be any one bold enough to try and fight against him, it would only be a death sentence.

"hmm, so I guess the rumors of you sleeping with their king to unify our nation's was not a lie" author mumbled.

"are you jealous" she said as she smiled in a seducing way, author then turned his head to the side to ignore the woman.

"my love, how can I lay with another that my heart cannot feel?" she took her hand and held his chin directing him to look at her.

"this heart beats for you, the fruit of this tree have never been picked" her smile was full of lust as she looked at the mask man infront of her.

author looked up in her eyes and the two of them were in a stand still.

"maybe I wo.." author broke the silence and was about to speak, as he looked into the clear eyes of the woman infront of him, but was interrupted before he could finish.

"ehhm!" graygrash came out of the shadows and knelt down as he held one hand to the mouth of his mask and cleared his throat.

"Sir I am here to make my daily report" he said, as sweat ran down the side of his face, he can feel that someone in the room wanted him dead as the killing intent was directed at him, he knew exactly who it was, he wished that he could have not have intruded on such a time, but it was a rule created by author that daily reports are to be made exactly as the sun is no longer seen on the land, and it was his duty to do so.

"you may stand" author said coldly as he had went back into his cold state, all violets hard work to set the mood was all for nothing as it was ruined.

graygrash looked up and gulped as cold sweat ran down his face, he was trying to focus his attention on author who was sitting in his throne, but he kept glancing at the murderous woman who was looking directly at him full of killing intent.

"enough" author said as he waved his hand in the air to signal violet to stop, she then looked away and went to the big opening, she lent up against the wall and was looking down on the forest below.

"I am quite busy right now, so you may tell me the most important news that you have gathered" author said as he took a glance at violet.

"yes sir, the elves have now created a new kingdom on the lands of rosevolt, they have named the kingdom bloodrose, and the one in charge of the kingdom is a knight named Argus Silk he is ranked nine thousand nine hundred and fifty(9950) recently, he was also the one that lead the team to destroy rosevolt" graygrash said as he was holding a device that showed the image of bloodrose, it looked exactly as how rosevolt looked before the elves attacked.

"he is pretty weak then" author said unbothered by the report, "I remembered seeing him fight in the memory of one of our prisoners, he was almost brought to death by untrained rookies, I feel that anyone below eight thousand are not worthy of being called knights" arthur said as he shaked his hand signaling to graygrash to leave, this news meant nothing to him, argus was just a simple ant in his eyes.

as graygrash left the room, he got up from his throne and was standing besides violet, "their is a war to come on our lands, we need to be prepared thy love" she said as she was hugging herself, the cold night air swept through the opening, and brought the to a freezing temperature at night.

author placed his arms around her waist to give her warmth, she did not expect this and looked back to see if she was dreaming only to be welcomed by his face without his mask, she blushed and looked back outside as she was comfortable in his arms.

"with our queen we will forever prosper" author said as he looked in the direction she was looking.

in the center of the cavern sat a lonely girl that had her eyes fixed on the entrance of the cavern, with a katana in her lap.

hours had passed and she was still in the same position, her face showed that of worry, as she was unclear on where nic was.

"I hope he is ok" she spoke inwardly, a thought came in her mind and she tried to cover it with pure positivity, she did not know what else to do as she was not even able to walk.

a couple more hours passed and she was even more worried as she did not keep her eyes off the entrance.

"i should have stopped him from going after those monsters" she was deep in her thoughts and only bad images were seen in her mind of what could have possibly happened to nic.

*bloop,bloop,bloo..* she was broken out of her thoughts as she looked down to see that bubbles were coming to the surface of the water.

it got her interest and she looked and found that a trail of bubbles were coming from the egg in the center as it was getting extremely red and hot, she soon saw that the other two eggs beside it all had cracks and were moving rapidly as though something was forcing to get out.
