SIDNEY MADE A SUGGESSION

Gloria looks at the young lady and the gentleman, boy these days the young ladies throw themselves after older men. She is so beautiful and didn't she visit the boss a few weeks back.

Noticing when she holds her head, 'I am sure she is pregnant for this older man she is half his age,' he could even be her father.' When the gentleman says, "That would be me, my dear."

"Are you a Mr Francois'?"

"Yes, that I am, and this young lady is with me." Observing when she drops her hand from her head, wondering if she wasn't feeling well. Holding her hand, "My dear, are you unwell?"

"I will be okay, thanks."

When the secretary knocks twice then opens, "Sir, your client is here, and will you be needing another cup of tea?"

"Thank you, Miss. Gloria, I suppose my wife will be joining us."

"Sir, the gentleman said that she is with him?" Mr. Francois' observes his anger as he notices the way the young lady was glaring at his wife.

"Yes, Miss. Gloria, I can see that, now be quick about my tea."

"Please Mr. François, have a seat, now you my dear, I have been expecting."

Vince sees when her eyebrow twitches in such a questionable way as she smiles. He also noticed the gentleman looked at her as well. When she replies to his response with such a sweet smile. Her facial expression speaks louder than words.

"You are a very clever woman, my dear, warming your way to an invitation into your husband's office. And you are very astute my friend, not introducing your wife to your secretary. But never mind, I could do with a nice strong cup of coffee."

"Now, let me get you that coffee as you requested," looking at Vince, "Can you direct me to your tea room?"

"Right behind my Secretary's desk, you will find the staff room."

"My dear you can take your time."

"Thank you, I won't be long, and Vince I do believe you could think about a dress code for the office, I thought the young lady was a client when I enters."

Looking at her go, wondering, 'what she was speaking about? It is not like if it's the first time she came to the office and saw the secretary?'

"Ah, Mr. Montgomery, we have a few minutes alone but just a word of warning, I notice the madam wasn't looking too well before we enters your office, also be careful, your secretary has been eying you for herself."

Hearing him laugh, "Mr. François, you seem to be very observant, but my focus is not on beauty and vain things, but I thank you. Now tell me, Mr. Francois, you told me you had a business proposition, which pique my interest. Now I want to know how you come across my name and get my number?"

Seeing him smile when he said, "Oh that was easy your transporting business is well known in many states. When you understand what my proposition is all about you will understand that I am sceptical about who I take my business to?"

"Ah, you sure have a way to arouse someone's curiosity, now that you have my full attention let me hear what I can do to help you, Sir?"

Vince was happy that Sidney was here, he wanted to delay the discussion, 'knowing she was also a good businesswoman, and I will like her opinion.

Before I was married I mostly made my decisions alone, but Sidney has a good head for business and she does our accounts, and she will be a good source to help in his final decision.'

Looking at the gentleman's opposites of him knowing from the answers he gives he seems to be well informed about the business.

When Sidney enters the staff room seeing his secretary gloating over the kettle. Seeing trays Sidney went and took one. Asking for the tea bags and coffee. She then pours some of the milk into the milk mug. Glimpsing at the young lady as the spooned some sugar into the sugar jar. Placed three cups on the tray, put two tea bags in one cup each, and coffee in another.

As Sidney waited for the water to boil she realized the secretary wanted to ask her something, looking at her Sidney said, "I like your outfit can you tell me where you do your shopping?"

"My mom buys most of my clothes, I work late most evenings and it is very tiring at times, so when she goes shopping she picks up a few things for me."

"And how long have you been working in this office?"

Looking at her Gloria thought if she is the boss's wife then the gentleman with her is her father, he seems very worried about her but the last time she came she looked worried.

Boss said nothing but as I recalled, that day he looked so stressed out after she left. My God, she must have told him she was pregnant? She seems so different from the other lady.

In fact the other one just orders me around, but this madam does her own thing. I never thought he would choose someone like her but she might be more pleasant to work with.'

Responding to her question Gloria said, "Not long, in fact, this week will be eighteen months."

"Do you like your work here?"

"Yes, ma'am."

"I am happy to hear that, can I make a suggestion?"

"Yes madam!"

Sidney pours the boiling water, not wanting to hurt her in anyways, "I was thinking that the secretaries should all be uniformal so the clients won't be confused."

"Has boss mentioned something, madam?"

"No, but I am sure you can suggest it to the others and come up with something or you can do it yourself and when the others see they might take a hint. In my office we often discuss this thing with the ladies and we inter-change the colours so we wear the same colours on different days. of the week, it looks so uniform."

Gloria looks at her cream suit, she looks lovely, could she be right watching her pouring the water into the teacups. "Madam your suggestion is acceptable, I should do as you suggest and take the lead."

"Very good if you need help give me a call and we can go shopping." Resting the cups on the tray Sidney took the tray up and said thanks to her for her assistance and walk out of the staff room.

Smiling as she leaves knowing she might just do as she suggested and won't be walking around the office half-naked.
