SIDNEY EXECUTE HER PLAN

Vince watches when she takes a few steps away then she returns near him and held his hand, as she rests her palm on his, wondering what she was doing when she tiptoe and brush her lips on his, then she released her hold from his hand.

When Vince said, "Can, I ask you something?" He felt the fire once more on his lips.

"Yes, go ahead," she whispers.

Vince enjoy her closeness, since she kissed me this morning I was unable to concentrate on my work. Saying, "I wanted to ask you earlier, since that first day we met, you always covered your ears, so what has changed from then to now?"

When Sidney smile, Vince sees her pull out something from her ear and then slip it back. "Ok, just wait one minute, you have me confused, explain to me, if you didn't see me, why did you have it on?"

Vince heard her laugh in such a scandalous yet wicked way, "I don't have to see you, Mr Montgomery, I just have to hear bells ringing in my head to know you are near me."

Vince stares at her for a few seconds before saying, "I see, well since you can stand my presence and we don't seem to be disagreeing, how about you join me for lunch with Gilbert?"

"Fantastic," Unable to believe his ear, 'We barely talk without quarrelling and now she is happy and agreeing to my suggestion. Could it be she is glad that Gilbert is going to propose to her?' Touching his lips, recalling the kisses earlier in his office, it still has a tingling feeling.

When she smiles saying, "Aye, are you changing your mind now?"

Wondering for a minute what she was asking, but that kiss this morning leave my lips surging with fire. "I am sorry to disappoint you, it's just that I just remember something," Vince said.

Vince heard her laugh as if she knew what I was feeling, when she said, "Okay, if you change your mind, you know where I will be, I don't want Carol waiting, she hates that."

Watched her hurry along the sidewalk then turn around and looks at him, waving. "Now I am more confused than all the times before. Furthermore, who am I to get in between two lovers, if she is happy with Gilbert, I am happy for her. And it's the solution to both of our problems anyhow."

Walking into the restaurant at eleven fifteen seeing Gilbert sitting opposite of her, looking at her in total puzzlement, 'Where is Carol? And how is it she is here so fast?'

"Vince, I see you have made it, please, come and sit, I was unable to meet Sid at work, but we always have lunch here, so I thought she might come here hearing she was on her lunch break."

Looking at her once more, Vince was curious to know where Carol was, but he just sit quietly and observe them. Vince heard him say, "James, I didn't know you two were friends," Sidney said.

But Vince interrupts saying, "We were since school days."

"That's wonderful," Sidney said, but Vince observed that she continue looking in the direction of the door.

At first, Vince thought she was lying about the shopping and now heard that she and Gilbert always have lunch at the Palace. I thought she knew he would come, but she was still expecting Carol to come."

"So, tell me James how long you are in town for?" Sidney asks.

Seeing the way, he holds her hand, "Sweetheart, I am here to do some research for the company I am working for now."

"I see, well it was good seeing you."

"Sid honey, I wanted to ask you something?"

"Yes, yes go right ahead, I still have a few minutes to spear."

"Sid, Honey, I am sorry, I didn't turn up for our wedding, but Honey I am here today, and I was thinking if you are not still angry with me, we could get married weekend, we still have the marriage permit."

"James, James you are such a romantic, every time you propose, you continue to surprise me. Well of course you know I always love you and will do anything you ask."

"I thought you will say that, if you are not busy this weekend, we could get married?"

"That sounds so wonderful, but this weekend, is out of the question, the hall is already booked?"

"Look honey, I am only here for a few weeks then I will have to return to Boston."

"I am ready to marry you and follow you anywhere, but this weekend is out of the question, how about next weekend. I hope you won't run away again in cold feet?" Vince sees his lips twitch as she keeps rubbing them in, but he kept his calm intact.

"Honey, I am sorry about that, but trust me, I have regretted my decision every day since then."

"That's okay we all make mistakes and need second chances, how about we start afresh, I miss you so much, if only you had told me this a week ago, the hall would have been available but, it is already booked for this weekend.

Now if you will excuse me, I have an important engagement and cannot cancel it last minute, but I promise you next weekend."

'Oh my God, she is crazy?' "Sidney, this is your lucky day," feeling a kick on his foot causing him to squeak, noticing how gracefully she took James's hand, she moves so sophisticated.

"James, this is the best news I had in months, but I cannot disappoint the people by changing my plans, but by next week, I should be able to have sufficient time to make all the necessary arrangements and to give in my notice at work."

"You are right Sid, but there's no need for you to leave your job, I am sorry, I drop it so suddenly on you but I understand."

"James, if you are moving to Boston I want to be with you."

"Will you stop worrying we will work out something, next week will be perfect? I will have enough time to complete my research so we could be together."

"Good, now that, that is settled, I am getting late."
