20 Hero Name & Internship Request

Today, school started again. Haku immediately got ready and went downstairs for breakfast. After breakfast, Haku said goodbye to Zabuza and went to school on foot. But in the middle of the trip, rain fell which made Haku speechless.

'It's raining. My mood immediately dropped.' Haku thought, remembering the unpleasant incident in the past.

When his father killed his mother, and he killed his father and his friends it happened when it was raining heavily. When he was on an assassination mission it always rained. And when he killed the village officials with Zabuza it was also in a state of heavy rain.

Haku looked down and saw a puddle of water at his feet. The road users around him also saw it strangely because Haku was silent in the rain.

Arriving at school, Haku, who was still trying to erase his memory, stood silently in front of the shoe locker, soaking wet. The rest of the students looked at him in astonishment. "Class president?" someone called from behind Haku, but Haku didn't hear him.

"Class president? Haku!" Called that person again while patting Haku's shoulder making Haku surprised.

When he looked back, it was Todoroki who called out to him. "Ah… Todoroki. What is it?" asked Haku while removing the water needle that he instantaneously created from the water in his body.

"What did you say? Those are my words. Why did you come soaking wet like this?" Todoroki asked.

"Ah… this… I forgot to bring an umbrella."

"Couldn't you use your quirk to keep it out of the water?"

"Well… actually i can. It's just… I purposely let myself get wet." Haku said with a sad smile.

Seeing Haku like this, Todoroki didn't ask any more questions. "Follow me." Todoroki said.

"Eh? Why?"

"Just come along." Todoroki said then took Haku to the changing place and dried Haku's clothes.

Currently Haku is wearing his gym uniform and waiting for his clothes to be dried by Todoroki. Haku knows that Todoroki used to be reluctant to use his fire power, but seeing Todoroki using his fire to help Haku, made Haku smile.

'Looks like he has started to get ahead of his troubles. That's good.' Haku thought.

Then after 10 minutes, Haku's clothes were finally dry. "Todoroki, thank you for drying my clothes." Haku said while smiling happily at Todoroki.

"Not really. I just thought it would be troublesome if our class president fell ill just because playing in the rain." Todoroki said then left Haku in the dressing room. After Todoroki came out, Haku quickly changed his clothes again and went to class.

At that time, he saw Midoriya and Iida who had just arrived and were in the shoe locker.

"Iida-kun..."

"If it's about my brother, then there's no need to worry. I'm sorry for making you worry for no reason." Iida said then immediately left Midoriya.

Haku realized that Iida was hiding something about his brother. 'So it's true, his brother was probably attacked by a villain and is currently seriously injured. Seeing Iida's personality, I'm worried that he will try to take revenge on that villain.' Haku thought.

Most of the students felt tense. Some think quizzes, exams, and others. "Codenames. You will determine the name of your hero." Aizawa's words got most of the students excited.

The draft starts at the beginning of the second and third grades, after students already have experience and can become intermediate assets for pros. Because of the rain today, Haku remembered that in his village, Kirigakure, there were still people left that he didn't kill. Haku becomes afraid that one day someone will come to him to take revenge and must involve other people he cares about.

"Internship?"

'What do you want to be in the future.' Haku thought as he stared at the small blackboard in front of him.

Then after a few minutes had passed, Midnight said, "Then we will start announcing the names of your heroes starting with the finished ones.". Then one by one, they came forward and announced the name of their hero. Some were immediately accepted, and some were corrected and rejected.

"It turns out that choosing the name of this hero went more smoothly than I thought. The rest are Midoriya, Bakugo, Iida, and Haku right?" Midnight said. Then, Iida, and Midoriya came forward and announced his name. Midoriya also explained the name of the hero. And Bakugo was again denied his name. And leaving Haku.

Finally Haku stepped forward and showed his hero's name. "Kuroyuki (Black Snow). This is my hero's name." Haku said with a small smile.

"Hmm? Why did you choose this name? Snow is white." asked Midnight curiously.

"Yuki (Snow) is the clan name of my kekkei genkai and I was born in a village that snows every year. My mother said, if I always play with the snow, my hair will turn white, but my hair stay black. So I chose this name Kuroyuki." Haku said.

"Oh, I see. Alright, your name is fine." Midnight said, with this the selection of the hero name has been completed.

"Now that everyone has decided on the names of your heroes, we will return to discussing internships. You will be interning for one week, for where you will be doing it, those who have offers from pro heroes will have their own list, so you can choose from there yourself. Those who don't have bids will choose from 40 agencies spread across the country that will accept interns. Each one works in a different place and will have a different specialization." Explain Aizawa.

"For example, Thirteen will focus on evacuating and saving from accidents and disasters rather than fighting villains." Add Midnight.

Then the bell rang, "Gather your choices before the weekend." Aizawa said then left the class.

"So we only have two days left?"

"Make decisions efficiently. Class dismissed" Aizawa said then closed the door.

During lunch time, "Ne ne... have you decided which agency you want to go to?" asked Ashido.

"I'm going to Mt. Lady!" Mineta said.

"Ashido even though got to a pretty far place in the match. It's weird not getting any offers." Ojiro said.

"Haku-chan, have you decided on a place for your internship?" Tsuyu asked.

Haku smiled sadly and said, "I don't know where to go. If i want to see a pro hero in action directly, I've done it many times before coming here. My uncle often takes me on patrols at night and sometimes helps pro heroes secretly."

Hearing this, all the students who heard it were shocked. "Eh? That means you're a Vigilante?"

"Vigilante? What's that?" asked Haku which made everyone look at him with disbelief.

"Vigilante is a person who does hero work illegally without a hero license." Explain Yaoyorozu.

"You defeated those villains with just your physical strength? At what age did you actually start doing that vigilante?!" Mineta asked.

"Hm… Come to think of it, it probably started when I was 11 years old until before entering this UA. After entering UA, my uncle was so busy that he never asked me to go on patrols again." Haku said which made all his friends look at him in disbelief.

After the bell rang, Haku went straight home and planned to ask Zabuza about this matter.

When dinner was over, Haku also gave a list of pro hero offers to Zabuza. "Hm… If you became a hero, what would you like to do? Fighting enemies to protect others? Or save people from disaster?" Zabuza asked.

"I want to protect others with my strength. I feel more suited to fighting than saving people during disasters or accidents. I want to destroy the enemy from behind before the other heroes attack. I also want to be a hidden spear for the good side." Haku said.
