False Alarm

The next day, Haku walked leisurely to UA as usual. But when he arrived at the UA entrance gate, he saw so many reporters gathered in front of the gate that it blocked the entrance. Seeing this, Haku felt a little annoyed that even in his previous life he didn't like reporters.

"Maybe." Haku muttered and then Aizawa-sensei entered the room. Everyone returned to their respective places and the lesson began.

"Today we are going to do something important." Aizawa's words made almost all the students tensed because Aizawa-sensei used to give impromptu exams in class.

"We're going to have an election for class president." Said Aizawa sensei which made almost all the students relieved.

"I!!! I WANT TO BE THE CLASS CHAIRMAN!!!"

"NO!!! I WANT BE THE CLASS CHAIRMAN!!!"

"I WANT TO BE THE CLASS CHAIRMAN!!!"

"I I!!! I!! I WANT TO BE THE CLASS CHAIRMAN!!!"

The class became crowded because almost all the students wanted to be class president except for Haku and Todoroki. Until finally the class agreed to vote. And Haku was surprised when he saw the results, there were 3 people who voted for him and that was the most votes.

"Why me?" asked Haku confused.

Finally Haku came to the front of the class together with Yaoyorozu Momo. "Then the class president will be Yuki Haku, and the vice president Yaoyorozu Momo."

"Yaoyorozu-san, what is the class president like?" asked Haku bluntly which took everyone by surprise.

"Eh? You don't know the class president's job?" asked Yaoyorozu back in surprise.

"Well, before entering UA, I was only self-taught at home, so I had no school experience at all." Haku replied which made everyone understand Haku.

After that, Yaoyorozu quickly explained the class president's duties to Haku. "I see… I see. I will try my best to carry out this task." Haku said then the class was continued because the lesson was over.

Today's class was boring, at least for Haku because even though he looks like a first year high school student, his mind is already 20 years old. In his mind now busy with that mysterious person.

The person bunshin Haku saw had messy light blue hair with stubby hands covering his face and was wearing a long black T-shirt and black pants and sneakers. 'I have to report this to Aizawa-sensei later.' Haku thought.

During break time, Haku was about to go to the teacher's room. "Oi Haku, do you want to eat with us in the cafeteria?" asked Kirishima.

"Ah, sorry… I have some business to attend to first. You just go to the canteen. I go first." Haku said then left his class and the friends who wanted to be friends with him.

Arriving at the teacher's room, Haku knocked on the door and opened it. "Excuse me..." Haku said then started looking for Aizawa-sensei's whereabouts. But unfortunately he did not see it anywhere. In the room there were only Ectoplasm-sensei, Vald King-sensei, Thirteen-sensei, and Cementoss-sensei alone.

"What is it?" asked Ectoplasm-sensei who saw Haku at the door of the teacher's room.

"Sensei, I want to report something." Haku said.

"Hmm? Report what?" asked Ectoplasm-sensei again with a more interested tone.

"This morning, before the bell rang, I saw a mysterious person staring at UA."

"Hmm? Mysterious person? What's with that? UA does attract a lot of people's attention, so it's only natural that someone would look at UA from the outside."

"But sensei, I don't think it's natural for ordinary people to use a stumped human hand to cover their face."

"I'm sure sensei. That's why I want to report it to Aizawa-sensei. I am a shinobi. There is no 'playing' in my life. If I am proven wrong, I am ready to accept the punishment." Haku said seriously. The sensei then looked at each other then nodded.

"OK. We believe in you. For now, come with us to the principal's office. You have to…" before Vlad-sensei finished speaking suddenly the UA alarm sounded, indicating that the UA barrier was breached. This shocked everyone in the teacher's office.

"Don't tell me this is the attack of the person Yuki-san said!!!" Cementoss exclaimed.

"Yuki-san, hurry to the evacuation room. From here, let us teachers handle it." Vlad-sensei said then left with the other teachers.

But before that, Haku saw that the ones who barged in were the reporters who this morning stood at the entrance gate.

'How did they get in?' Haku thought then saw the entrance gate which is now surrounded by a high black iron wall except for the entrance gate. Beside the entrance gate, Haku could see there were fragments of the black wall as if the wall had been shattered.

'Who destroyed the gates and walls? Is this the result of the masked man's quirk?' Haku thought seriously.

'What is he after here? Student? No, students as targets are unlikely. Then, staff? Teacher? Possibly, the teachers here were all pro-hero, it wouldn't be strange if their enemies wanted revenge. But why in UA? Why not just ambush on the street when school time is over? Is it possible that the villain has strong support from someone so that the villain dares to attack UA openly?? Maybe. Now in front of the UA entrance gate stood the principals of Nezu, Thirteen, Recovery Girl, and Midninght. They saw the UA entrance gate wide open along with the UA barrier shattering beneath it. "How can reporters and reporters do this? There seems to be something behind this incident. Does this include a war warning to the UA?" said Nezu.

"Ah… I remember, Headmaster Nezu, before the alarm went off, a student reported seeing a mysterious person who might be a villain in front of the UA entrance gate this morning before class started." Thirteen said which made the other three heroes surprised.

"If I'm not mistaken his name is Yuki Haku." Thirteen replied.

"Yuki Haku? The kid with the quirk hybrid, huh? What did he say?" asked Nezu again.

"He said that he saw a mysterious person who uses a real human stumps to cover his face staring at UA and he felt that person had a dangerous air."

"Oh, I see. I wonder how he knew this guy was dangerous. Please tell Aizawa to take him to my office after school." Nezu said.

"Understood, principal."

After it was time to go home Haku who wanted to go home was detained by Aizawa. "Yuki, there's something the principal wants to talk to you about, follow me." Aizawa said.

"Okay sensei.", Haku followed Aizawa from behind.

"Haku, what's wrong? Why were you called the principal?" asked Kirishima curiously on behalf of the others.

"It is nothing. I'll go first." Haku said then continued his journey together with Aizawa sensei.

Arriving at the principal's office, he saw the principal Nezu, All Might, Present Mic, and Vlad King were waiting for him there. "Ah… Yuki Haku-kun, please have a seat. I want to talk to you. I hope you don't mind the teachers here also listening to our conversation." Said Nezu who was already sitting on the sofa opposite the sofa Haku was going to sit on.

"Excuse me." Haku said then sat down while Aizawa sensei, Present Mic sat on the sofa on his right while All Might and Vlad King sat on his left.

"So Yuki-kun, can you retell what you saw this morning?" asked Nezu. Haku nodded then recounted to Nezu.

After retelling, Nezu and the others fell silent. "Oh, I see. What do you think that person is after, Yuki-kun?" asked Nezu testing. The other teachers were silent so they could listen to Haku's opinion properly.

"In my opinion, what the villain is after is All Might." Haku answered which made everyone surprised but guessed.

"Why do you think like that?" asked All Might.

"By destroying the UA barrier at the entrance gate, it's as if showing a war warning for the UA. However, an ordinary villain wouldn't be able to do such a reckless thing if he didn't have strong support from someone. In that case, the chances are slim that that person is targeting the students here because if you want to attack a student, it's easier to attack him outside the UA. However, this person had deliberately put UA on alert, so it was highly likely that the targets were the teachers. So I narrowed the scope of this person's target by guessing who he was after.
