"Ha..ha.. w-what.. the hell" Tanaka muttered tiredly under his breath as he gritted his teeth and spiked the ball
"C'mon! C'mon! Karasuno! Your spikes are getting weak! Even my cat can spike better than this and he's the biggest fatass I know!" Kazuto shouted as he dived and hit the ball up with ease
"Bokuto-san" Akaashi called as he tossed the ball up for Bokuto
Bokuto stepped forward and did his approach before kicking off the ground and meeting with a two-man blocker
'What's it going to be? a straight or a cross..?' Nishinoya thought as licked his lip
Bokuto observed the blockers, before twisting his arms and smashing the ball from the side and performed his Super Inner Cross
"Grr" Nishinoya gritted his teeth as instinctively dived for it and barely got his hand under it
"Sorry! it's off!!" Nishinoya shouted
"Noya!! I told you!! Read the spiker and anticipate where the ball is going to land! So that you don't have to have your instinct fully take over and control your entire play, it's going to cause some of your movement to be a but sloppy and not as accurate!!" Kazuto pointed out, "If this shitty horned owl bastard was using full power, the ball would've hit the ground before you even got there!"
"Yes, Sensei!!"
"Who's the Shitty Horned Owl Bastard?!?" Bokuto shouted
"Shitty Horned Owl Bastard!! You're hesitating to hit it in a steeper angle!! Stop being a pussy!!" Shou shouted from the sideline
"Geh! You too?!?"
"Karasuno Blockers and Receivers! Read and cut off the spikers' options, if you don't figure out how to do that your stamina, especially Noya's stamina, is going to drop as fast as Kazuto's fatass cat when he jumps from the second floor!" Shou shouted ignoring Bokuto
"God damn! That's a fatass cat!!" Oikawa shouted from the other court as he set the ball up for Iwaizumi
"Oika!!! I can predict your set faster than I could spot Kazuto's fatass cat who takes up 1/8 of the space in his living room, and that's understatement!" Shou turned around and shouted
"Guys! can we stop bullying Kazuto's fat ass?" Hisoka shouted across the court
"Um… Hisoka-san do you mean his… fatass cat…?" Kuroo asked nervously
"Did I stutt- Ohh… we were talking about his cat.." Hisoka said in realization
"…"
"They're both fat anyways…" Hisoka muttered to himself
"Hey! I heard that!" Kazuto shouted, "Thanks for your compliment, but Kenma is in that shed right there, now can we drop the topic about my fat ass?"
"Oh… Ohoho, Thanks for your information Kazu-sama, your wish is my command kekekeke" Hisoka bowed to Kazuto before getting on all fours again and crawled his way to the shed
"AHHHHH FUCK YOU KAZUTOOOOOO!!!!!" Kenma bursted out of the shed and started running away
"What is going on…?" Daichi muttered with genuine confused tone as he looked around the gym
"Heads-up, Captain!!" Hinata warned
"Ha-" before Daichi could respond, Bokuto performed his signature Line Shot and the ball flew at high speed collided with Daichi's face and flew back up
"Shitty Horned Owl Bastard!! I told you stop being a pussy!! Rotate more of your body and torso to get that sharper angle!! That's no different from a straight!!" Shou shouted once again, "I know all of you are tired, but focus!! The fatigue that's telling you to stop? The pain that spread all around your body? The distraction and the noise around you? They don't matter! nothing else matters other than your own battle! immerse yourselves in the game, and surpass your limits right here, right now!"
"Well said, brat.." Ukai muttered with a smile
"Ayo old man, is this fine to let these guys coach the team?" Keishin asked with a bit of concern
"It certainly is hectic but they sure do know what they are doing…" Ukai answered, "And also I really wouldn't want to waste my breath to scream at these brats to tell them what they need to do"
Fukurodani defeated Karasuno after a while, and the Karasuno's team who ran out of stamina all collapse on the court
"Ugh god… Captain I can't jump anymore… my leg…" Tanaka spoke as he was gasping for air
"Man I don't even wanna count how many time my spike got received.." Asahi sighed as he looked at his trembling hand
"That's Sensei for you HAHAHA" Nishinoya laughed as he smacked Asahi's back
'We only managed to get 12 points on the board…. And half of them was from the opponents' missed serve, so we havent even meet our goal…' Kageyama thought as he chug down the water from the bottle
'it seems their Ace is not even using his full power….If he was, I'm not even sure if we could even get 10 points on the board before they completely wipe us out….This is not good…' Daichi thought as he looked at the state of his team
It was at that moment at Hinata who was sitting on the bench suddenly stood up and walk towards Shou
He bowed before speaking up, "Please Shou-san train me, I want to become stronger…"
This cause the Karasuno team to be surprise for a second before smiling because it's just Hinata being Hinata
Shou looked at the Orange haired player in front of him for a second before he spoke, "You're still too weak, your fundamental is trash, your technique and technical skill is that of a lower intermediate player so practically almost a beginner, your combination weirdo quick is alright but if you just meet the right opponent, you're basically done for …"
Hinata gnashed his teeth as took in all of the harsh words that came out of Shou's mouth, but it was then that he felt a pat on his head
"But… I see potential in you, I'll accept your request to train you. then I'll polish and reveal that potential to the extreme. In return awaken and show me that hungry beast within you…" Shou finish his speech before turning away and walking to the entrance of the gymnasium along with Kazuto
"Oi Karasuno!! Let's go!! You got to complete your punishment!!" Kazuto shouted
Karasuno realizing that they still had to do their punishment all cursed in their mind, 'SON OF A B-'
At the same time Shiratorizawa and Aoba Johsai also finished their match with Aoba Johsai as the result
"Oi oi!! Sho-chan Kazu-chan wait!!" Oikawa shouted as he caught up with them to complete his punishment along with his team
Ushijima, noticing that they were doing their punishment, followed along as well
"Let's do some warm up shall we?" Kuroo stretched his back before following along with Bokuto as well

"Just call me Kazuto" Kazuto interrupted Daichi before he could continue
"Oh alright, umm you know you don't have to guide us, we already know the path for the punishment" Daichi said
"Nah I just prefer to complete the punishment after each match with the opponent team, it's refreshing I guess" Kazuto answer as he picked up the pace
'I'm just so sure if refreshing is a good word to describe this punishment of sprinting around this big ass campus to be honest' Daichi sighed
"Alright if anyone of you wants to push yourself a bit we'll take a detour! if not you guys can continue the normal route!" Shou shouted as he turn away from the original route, "Pick up the pace cause I'm not gonna slow down and wait for you lot"
Shou then proceed to push his speed to the limit and started sprinting at max speed, and Kazuto following next to him with the determination to surpass his speed
'Geh!!! They're fast!!' Hinata and Kageyama both thought as they quickly try to pick up the pace
"Excuse me" Ushijima spoke as he easily and swiftly surpass the duo and went ahead
"Ushiwaka!! You bastard!! It's time for you to taste defeat!!" Oikawa shouted, bursting past Hinata and Kageyama before chasing Ushijima at breakneck speed
"Tche, it's pointless… Oikawa…" Ushijima mocked before increasing his speed
"Oh we'll see about that you shithead!" Oikawa shouted and gnashed his teeth as his determination flared
Hinata and Kageyama gritted their teeth and watched as they try to catch up to the two but the gap continues to widen
"Don't be discourage" a voice suddenly resounded out next to them
The duo turned to see Kuroo easily running along with their pace barely breaking a sweat
"They've been put through various intense training set up by Shou and Kazuto, in terms of speed, you need some more time and training to be able to catch up with them" Kuroo said with a smile as he looked ahead, "So don't feel discouraged and just keep moving forward"
"A-Ah YES!" Kageyama and Hinata shouted
"Uhh Kuroo-san, what kind of detour is this? Isn't this outside of the campus?" Kageyama asked as he noticed the scenery around them began to change to that of a forest
"This area is the mountain behind Fukurodani's campus, now…don't faint after seeing this alright, cause that's for after you reach the finish line" Kuroo spoke as he pointed ahead
"Welcome to Fukurodani's 1000 Steps of Hell, around 500 steps leading up to the top of the mountain and 500 steps leading down the mountain, the steepness is no joke, it's enough to make you shit yourself on sight, although the path back isn't that bad in terms of steepness the terrain is rough, and you still have to be in full sprint, it's a trip to Hell and back. turn back now… it's your last chance…" Kuroo said with sly smile
"OI KUROOOO RACE ME!!!" Bokuto shouted as he quickly ran ahead and up the mountain
"AH YOU SON OF A BITCH THAT'S CHEATING!!" Kuroo shouted before increasing his speed and chased after Bokuto
Hinata and Kageyama stopped in front of the start of the steps up the mountains and looked up at the steepness and steps leading to the top
All six of the players were vigorously climbing the steps with Shou and Kazuto at the front who showed to sign of slowing down
"These guys are monsters…"Kageyama uttered
"Yeah" Hinata showed a grin, "Kageyama! Let's not waste any seconds of this camp!"
"Yeah, like he said, let's surpass our limits right here, right now" Kageyama said as a vicious smile appeared on his face
"Hey, wanna race?" Hinata suggested
"Alright, let's race to Hell and back"

And so the the duo began sprinting up the mountain with max speed
"The score was 1576-1575 for me was it?!?" Kazuto shouted in the middle of their climb
"Bullshit! It was 1576-1575 for me!! I won the last one" Shou shouted back with a smile
"Oh yeah… you did… Fuck.." Kazuto cursed with wry smile
"it doesn't matter if any of us is in the lead, we both hate losing a point don't we?" Shou viciously smiled
"Damn right" Kazuto return a vicious smile of his own
Sparks were flying through the air as the two continued motivation flared and their speed increase once again
"Tch" Ushijima clicked his tongue and tried to increase his speed as he watched the gap between him and the two widen once more
"Truly, they're monsters among monsters…" Oikawa uttered from close behind surprising Ushijima who thought that he had increase the distance between him and Oikawa by a huge margin already
"Surprise…" Oikawa let out a smirk before bursting forward pass Ushijima and increased his speed
"Interesting…" Ushijima muttered under his breath as he showed a vicious smile before pushing his speed to its absolute limit
"HEY HEY KUROO HOW ABOUT A BET? WHOEVER LOSES SHOULD BUY THE OTHER A DRINK!!" Bokuto shouted confidently
"HOW ABOUT I SHOVE SAID DRINK UP YOUR ASS FOR THAT UNFAIR HEAD START!" Kuroo who was tailing behind Bokuto shouted back
"HAHAHA damn this is refreshing, don't you agree?" Bokuto said as he looked at the scenery
"Tch, can't disagree with that. But HEY DON'T IGNORE ME YOU CHEATER!!" Kuroo smiled as he once again increase his speed to catch up with Bokuto

"Ahh here they come~" Yukie muttered as she took out her phone while watching the two figure approaching at high speed from the distance
"GRRR!!" Shou and Kazuto gritted their teeth as they dash through the finish line
""Who won?!?"" The two immediately dash towards Yukie to see the result
"Hmm I'm not sure either… it was really close" Yukie spoke as she play back the video on her phone
"Uhh AHHH right there!!" Kazuto shouted as he stop the video at a specific point
"AHHH FUCKKK DAMN IT!!!" Shou cursed while falling on to his butt as the result was revealed
"HELL YEAHH!!!" Kazuto cheered
It was at that moment the two suddenly felt a cold sensation stinging their cheeks
"Shit that's cold!" They both shouted as they backed away just to see Kyouko holding out two bottle of sport drink
"You guys really don't know when to stop" Kyouko sighed
"Boys will be boys hehehe" Yukie chuckled as she sat on the entrance of the gymnasium
"Thanks, huu I'm dizzy" Kazuto took the drink before he went and sat next to Yukie
"Here" Yukie said as she handed him a towel
"Thanks" Kazuto cheerfully took the towel and wipe off his sweats
"I'm tired" Shou sighed as he took Kyouko's hand that's holding the drink and pulled her down next to him and leaned on her for some support
"Ah! Y-You're sweating you i-idiot" Kyouko exclaimed as her face turn red because of his unexpected action
"Ehehe Sorryy… but I can't can't control my body anymoreee… let me be for a few minutess" Shou lazily spoke while smiling
"Tche, damn couple…" Kazuto muttered under his breath with a smile before turning to Yukie just to see her looking back at him while blushing and with a look that seems to indicate that she's expecting something
"Hm? You need something Yukie?" Kazuto asked in confusion
"Uwah ah…. n-no nothing…" Yukie blurted out as she advert her gaze
"Hm?" Although still confused Kazuto shrugged it off
"Hehe…Dense motherfucker…" Shou whispered to Kyouko with a smile
"Eh… I never knew Kazu was this dense… I guess I overestimated him a bit…" Kyouko whispered back
"HEY! I don't know what you guys are talking about over there but it's definitely not something good!" Kazuto shouted as he point at the couple
"Heh… he didn't hear us" Shou whispered as he revealed a smirk
"He wouldn't understand anyways…" Kyouko whispered back with a smile
"Ah! Oikawa and Ushijima are coming" Kazuto, ignoring the two, said as he looked at the duo who is approaching
"Grrr" the both clenched their teeth as they both dash towards the finish line
"Ha…ha…who…won?" Oikawa asked as he was gasping for air
"Hmm… it was pretty close but it's Ushijima's victory this time" Kazuto answered as he sip on his drink
"Ugh Fuck!" Oikawa cursed as he flopped on to the ground while Ushijima walked into the gym
"Man what a warm up th- Ouch! Damn that hurt!" Oikawa shouted as a sudden cramp assault his hamstring
"Don't curl your leg like that dumbass" Shou spoke as he stood up to stretch before pulling Kyouko up as well
"By the way, where's the rest?" Shou asked as he tried to find any traces of someone approaching
"Not sure, I heard Kuro-chan and Kota-chan shouting from behind while running so they should be here soon, but I'm not sure about the shrimpy and Kageyama" Oikawa answered as he sit up straight
"GRRR GET BACK HERE YOU DAMNED HORNED OWL BASTARD!!" Kuroo shouted from the distance
"Ah, Speak of the devil" Oikawa said before stand up and heading into the gym, "I'll get my team ready for the next match"
"HAHAHAHAH FREE DRINK!!" Bokuto shouted cheerfully while crossing the finish line, jumping over both Yukie and Kazuto and continued onward into the gym
"Ugh…. That Damned Owl Bastard" Kuroo muttered as he snatched the sport drink from Shou, drank it before throwing it back and flopped onto the ground
"Alright, you damned rooster head let's go, we're playing Karasuno next" Shou said as caught the drink
"Pull me, I'm tired…" Kuroo said lazily as he raised his leg
"Let's go" Shou said before grabbing Kuroo's leg and dragging him into the gym along with him
"Ah Asata-kun there you are…" a guy said as he peaked out from the entrance to the gym
"Oh, Kita! When did you get here?" Shou asked with a surprised expression
"We just got here a few minutes ago, we're war-"
"Ah!! Shou-san!! Can we play against the duo who used the same weirdo quick as us?!?!" Before Kita could finish, Atsumu interupted as he bursted out the entrance
"No, we're playing against them next, but you can meet the duo if you want, they should be coming soon" Shou said as he point behind him
"Atsumu, don't interrupt others in the middle of a conversation" Kita spoke as he gave Atsumu a look at caused chills to ran down his spine
"Y-yes got it, captain" Atsumu said with a nervous smile as he start sweating

"Alright Karasuno! Ready for your next training?!?" Shou shouted when he entered the gynasium while dragging the lazy Kuroo, "Ah right, Inarizaki! Your first opponent for the rotation matches would be Aoba Johsai. And Shiratorizawa you're going against Fukurodani!"
"Ughh…. My legs haven't had enough rest yet" Tanaka and Asahi complained as he shook their legs
"Say… where's Hinata and Kageyama?" Daichi asked while approaching Shou
"They should be here soon" Shou spoke as he threw Kuroo back over the Nekoma's bench
"Couldn't you be more gentle, you piece of shit!" Kuroo shouted as he rubbed his head
"Ha… ha… I won!!" Hinata shouted as he collapsed into the gymnasium
"Ugh… ha…No I did!" Kageyama shouted back as he also collapsed into he gymnasium
"Haha, damn is this yer first time attempting the Fukurodani's 1000 Steps of Hell? Oi 'Samu, check them out! these are the guy who pulled off the same weirdo quick as us!" Atsumu called out as he pointed at the duo from behind
"Yeah yeah I can see that, now get yer ass over here we're playing Oikawa-san first!" Osamu shouted back as he went to do his warm up
"Well, it looks like I'll have save my greeting for ya guys for later" Atsumu spoke to the two before moving to his team's bench, "Oika-san! Let's go at it!!"
"Oi oi! Wait, Atsumu! Osamu! Come here for a sec" Shou called out to the twin
"What is it, Shou-senpai?" Atsumu asked as he approached Shou along with his brother
"What's your weirdo quick success rate currently?" Shou questioned
"Uhh I would say around 71% or so whatcha think 'Samu?" Atsumu answered before asking Osamu
"Hmm I would say it's a bit lower, cause some of yer set doesn't line up with my hand correctly and I can't put my full power behind it, so I'm saying around 65%" Osamu answered
"Ha? So it's because of MY set!" Atsumu shouted
"Shut up, I'm just saying the truth dumbass" Osamu retaliated
"Now, now both of you shut up for a second. Alright let's see… first of all… 65% is stupidly low" Shou said causing both of the twin to twitch,"so you guys work on your weirdo quick and try and get that success rate up, Atsumu work on your accuracy and Osamu try and learn adjust to your brother's set if it's off , and don't expect almost all of his sets to perfectly appear in front of your hand, alright?"
"Yes!" The twin spoke as they head back to their team
After talking to the twin Shou turned his head back towards Karasuno
"Karasuno!!" Shou shouted as he caught the Karasuno's members' attention, "Your next level of this hellish training is: [Defense Training]"
"Defense? Could you go into more detail?" Daichi asked
"It's simple, we will be mostly working on your defensive formation and even polish your defense and instinct, here have this" Shou said as he handed out multiple pieces of papers to Daichi, "Study it with your team when you have time, it contain a lot of effective defensive formation that I have created and picked out based on your team's line up"
"Ah… Thank you" Daichi said with a surprised look as he took the papers
"Ah um… Asata-san, I really appreciate the fact that you are helping us to get stronger, but could we know why you are going so far for us? What do you gain from all this?" Tsukishima asked warily as he approach Shou
"It's simple… I- no… we just want another worthy opponent other than ourselves" As soon as Shou spoke those words the monsters all stop in their track as they turned their head towards the player that was known across Japan as the Monarch of the Court, "Another opponent that is also capable of pushing us to the limit, cause adrenaline pump through our body with just the thought of facing them. Just an opponent worthy enough for us to fight till we collapse with a vicious smile on our faces…"
'They're truly different from all of the players I've known' Kageyama thought as an excited smile crawled up his face
"And its not just you guys that we're helping, all of the players that are gathered here are potential [Worthy Opponent], it's just that you guys are currently at the bottom of the food chain right now, and that's why we're pushing you guys so hard" Kazuto said with a smile
"…" Hinata stared at Shou as his hunger for power continued to grow
"Tche… damn they just called everyone in this gym [weak] just like that or as they would phrase it 'unworthy'" Oikawa muttered with a smile on his face as he looked up at the ceiling, "Just watch me, Monarch… Guardian… One day I'll be strong enough to become a [Worthy Opponent]
"…" Ushijima listened with clenched fist before turning back to his team
"Just a mere unworthy insect huh…?" the corner of Atsumu mouth curled up into a bloodthirsty smile as muttered, "One day… I'll show you what this mere unworthy insect can become…"
"Anyways let's get back to training everyone!" Shou spoke before turning back to Karasuno, "Alright, now… in your next training, us Nekoma have a lot of combination attack and strategy line up for you guys to taste, and your job is to respond to it by defensive formation that you see fit to defend our attack, and also sometimes I'll spike directly towards one of you, for you to defend, is that clear?"
"Yes, we'll be in your care!" Karasuno team shouted
"And don't worry I'll give you guys pointers along the way" Shou said with a bright smile
'He seems nice… maybe, he's not like that crazy training sadist like that Kazuto from Fukurodani…' Some of the Karasuno member thought with a relief expression
It was at that moment that Shou's expression morphed as his bright smile turned to that of a chilling one before he spoke, "And also, the woods are high quality so please… don't die on the court…"
'Never mind' the Karasuno thought with a sigh
