A man's sleeping on his bed in a dimly lit room. Pondering why his life turned out like this, But only if he knew there was about to be a big change in his life, this man's name is Naoto Haizaki.
~Before the situation above~
[1st person POV]
I finished watching haikyu and just fell in love with it. Right now it was my favourite anime and manga.
It was just a fun and cool anime, I always dreamt of how cool it would be if I could be like the characters. After I watched the anime and read the manga he really loved volleyball.
At the beginning of the anime I wasn't really sure how an anime about volleyball would be. But it was way better than I thought it would be.
I especially was in love with the setter and wing spiker position, just the way the setter could get the ball at the exact area the spiker would want the spike.
And as for the spiker its just how cool an impact it makes when a spiker successfully spikes, the way it impact's on the morale of the team the way it just boosts the morale.
But the position I love the most was the Ace of a team, the way any ace just doing their part made the rest of the play better it was just awesome in his eyes.
And after I finished watching the hailyu episode I made a decision, at my college right now there was tryouts for the volleyball team, and I'm gonna tryout for the team.
~After the tryouts~
Well I made a fool out of myself at the tryouts. 'Man I really thought I could have done that serve damn how the hell did Oikawa do that serve.' Naoto said with a bandaged nose.
~Flashback at the tryouts~
'Breath in huff breath out puff you got this c'mon channel that inner haikyuu energy.' Naoto said to reassure himself.

'ok this is just the first test I just got to show my set.' I got the ball gotta position myself time this corretly and the spiker jumped okay the spikers in the correst position for spike not too high nor to low and aim power shoot!

BAM!
owww! Man that hurt I thought when I heard that sound it was the spiker hitting the ball but never mind I fell and man I really fell with a lot of force. I lost balance midair when I put force on the ball.
A Random player asked "Hey you okay, man how the hell did you fall."
" Man just shut up okay." A red Naoto said in embarrassment. 'I really thought I could do that I had the position and timing just jumped to early and this stupid guy just had to rub salt on the wound ugh.' Naoto thought.
'Okay I'm sure there is another test I'll do better on that.' Naoto told himself. he saw one of the people who is overseeing the tryouts come towards him.
"Hello umm Naoto right? well... nice to meet you I hope you're fine, my name is Togashi Hatake but just call me Togashi." the now identified Togashi said.
"Hi nice to meet you to Togashi if it's okay could you say what the next test is if there is one in the first place." Naoto asked.
"Ah yes... there is a 2nd test it's to test your serve, of course there will be demonstration by someone then you will be asked to perform it." Togashi answerd.
"whew so there is another chance to get in man I was so tensed." Naoto said.
"Yeah don't worry I'm sure you'll make it after the serve test there will be a test for receiving and after that another one for blocking then spiking, but just so you know if you fail 2 test's you fail the tryouts." Togashi explained.
"Huuuuuhhh!? nooooo!?! I was hoping in the coming test I would pass one of them but if I fail twice I fail the whole tryout and I failed once already like what is this man I just wanted to play volleyball whyyyyy youuu volleyball growl volleyball growl" Naoto started to talk like if he is insane.
'Uhhh he's wierd,insane and crazy I better keep away.' Togashi thought to himself and ran away from Naoto.
'Breath in huff breath out puff calm down calm down Naoto remember you still have a chance remember its just a serve, about that should I do a safe like the one the demonstrater just showed or do a haikyu' Naoto said in a dilemma.
whistle
'Ok it's my turn ahhh man what should I do
freak it! I'm gonna do a haikyu.'Naoto chose going haikyu mode.
"Go haikyu"Naoto said while running after throwing the ball up stopped jumped and
BAM!
Naoto's body fell to the floor with blood running down his nose the ball hit his face that was the sound.
~End of flashback~
'groan yawn man my nose still hurts stupid Oikawa doing his jump serve like nothing.'Naoto curses Oikawa. Haikyu really was great it helped at a dark time man
my life has been hell but at least I had one, I know some people who probably had it worse or tougher.
I mean I still always had anime, whenever I got sad or down anime always cheered me up. Anime was my get away for my life.
When I was 7 years old my father died from a overdose, he was an alcoholic and almost all the time got into a fight when he's drunk.
I hated how he never cared about mother, as for my mother she got bedridden when I was 14 she always had a weak immunity. And 2 years after she got bedridden she got hospitalised.
Its been 4 years since she got hospitalised, and it's been real tough, and I am sad at how my life is and that it's not how I wished it would have been.
Meh I dont know why I'm thinking about this it's in the past might as well forget about it, oh wait I forgot todays my birthday yeah I need to visit mom at the hospital.
Hmm it seems there is a few hours till the subway leaves might as well read the new haikyu chapter.
" OMG!?! BROO MAN U SAW THAT SPIKE MAN THAT INSANE HOLY CRAP OMG!?! MAN THAT WAS INSANE" Naoto shouted
"ughh! that stupid Naoto always shouting, NAOTO KEEP IT DOWN!" A neighbor shouted.
