The effects of Chelsea's power are long-lasting and fade depending on how long a person has been exposed to it. Someone could form a bond (or lack thereof) to someone for decades or centuries before Chelsea's gift starts to wear off.

Jane with sneer added "Don't forget Corins ability of Addictive contentment ,she practically able to make anyone feel content in his or her circumstances.I am sure Aro would make surr everyone is stuck in that castle walls."

They have heard how Aro was now using Corin's gift to make those that are discontent with staying with the Volturi feel content.They knew Corin's main objective is to keep Chelsea content as it was her power that kept a all the other members loyal to Aro.

Everyone discussed the matter as Hadrian decided "We will warn them about the danger.I am sure Hilda will take our warning."

Everyone nodded,while Hadrian remembered something as he spoke up"I also found that the wards for keeping the mortals from seeing us are going as planned,although it will take some more time to activate them."

This got all interested as the wards,Hadrian was making covered the whole world and it would make the mortals ignorant of the supernatural world.
