Hadrian went on with his life and he met the first psychic,his name was Arcadius a pure soul at least at the start the man wanted to help everyone.But things went south,when one of his fellow villagers didn't like him finding out about his dark thoughts which let

Arcadius possessed all the standard powers and abilities of a human/psychic,he used his powers to peer into a man's mind and saw his "impure" thoughts for a young woman in the village, he approached the man with an offer to help quell his "urges" using his gift. The man, however, was mortified and furious so instead, he turned the villagers against Arcadius. Together with a mob of villagers, the man captured Arcadius and burnt him at the stake.

But at the moment of his death, he unleashed his full latent ability to create another dimension with a powerful psychic blast. An ability so unique that no other being with psychic powers has ever match.

Arcadius was the first psychic, born with the ability to look into the minds of others. This gift gave him great empathy towards others but would eventually cost him his life.

In his final moments, he came to know true evil of men and upon his dying breath created an entire dimension with a psychic blast, an extreme display of power that altered the very cycle of life and death; this dimension was called Hell.

As a spirit, Arcadius resided within and ruled his own afterlife dimension. He was capable of calling forth evil souls and could even deny them entry into the Other Side, forcing them into Hell, forever punished for their wicked deeds no matter how small. Since he was called 'The Devil

Hell was a supernatural dimension of misery and fire created by Arcadius.

Hadrian was looking around studying the dimension created by Arcadius, the place was creepy and had people being tortured here and there, if this was in past he would jump to help them.But he was mostly past the whole thing and he was sure Lynn would get the innocent ones out of there.

That's when he heard a voice"Who are you?"

Hadrian turned to find the creator of the demension, Arcadius who had an athletic build and a tall stature, and physically appeared to be in his early thirties. He had a full lower lip, dark brown eyes, and wide cheekbones.

Arcadius upon his death accidently created this world and here he felt as if he was god,also he took his time and pleasure in torturing the villager,who turned on him and burned him to death.

So was now he was torturing the man, who had turned the villagers against him and he was enjoying his pleading and begging for mercy. But then he felt a presence in his world and upon checking he found a witch with messy black hair and bright green eyes in his world and no matter how much he tried he could't expel him from his world or read his mind.

Hadrian having already sensed him spoke up"I must say it is really impressive that you created a whole world upon your death.Also please stop trying to read my mind."

Arcadius could tell this was not ordinary witch or even a human as he asked"What are you?"

Hadrian shrugged and replied"I am just a everyday witch.But I am taking few of souls that are children or innocent from here."

Hadrian was doing this for Lynn.

Arcadius now beliving this witch was lucky and somehow ended up here bu mistake said"You do not come to my domain and do as you wish."

Hadrian chuckled and released a pulse of magical strength causing Arcadius to step back in fear as Hadrian spoke up"Don't act like you are a god,you are not one.There are beings in this world who are stronger than you and they would not like this one bit, especially Lynn."Hadrian wispered the last part.

He said nothing, he held his right hand out and summoned hell fire.The hellfire another beat turned into a faint blue aura of fire bloomed around it, crawling over his fingers like a pale, velvet haze.

Arcadius seeing this was shocked,since he could only control hellfire to certain extent.

Then Hadrian clenched his fist and put out the flame.

As he then waved his hand as souls of children and those that were not involved in the burning were sent to Lynn.

While he narrowed his eyes at Arcadius spoke up"You might want to rethink the path you are going to take,either you become a judge all souls fairly or do not change and feast on these souls like you did till now."

Hadrian stopped glared at Arcadius, who gulped in fear seeing those glowing green eyes as Hadrian added"If you choose the first one be ready for your soul to be completely erased."

Hadrian then apparatd from there,even with that warning that idiot to go with latter and feast on souls to increase his power,he went even far to recruit two Psychic to get him souls essential for the whole thing,since as a Spirit, he was still bound to the afterlife and could not physically interact with the physical plane.

But he was powerful as Arcadius resided within and ruled his own afterlife dimension. He was capable of calling forth evil souls and could even deny them entry into the Other Side, forcing them into Hell, forever punished for their wicked deeds no matter how small.But he didn't't the ultimate control over the souls that passed over into the Afterlife (those that found peace),He could also inhabit the limbo between the afterlife to communicate with those temporarily stuck in limbo. With a body of water, human sacrifice and fire, he could be psychically summoned to the world of the living as an apparition.
